Wir haben bei Carlaville ein Fahrzeug gemietet und waren von Anfang bis Ende rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war schnell, freundlich und transparent. Besonders möchten wir Abdelkarim hervorheben – er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet und den Ablauf extrem unkompliziert gestaltet.

Das Auto war in einwandfreiem Zustand, sauber, technisch top und genau wie gebucht. Auch die Übergabe und Rückgabe verliefen reibungslos und professionell. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut betreut und hatten das sichere Gefühl, in besten Händen zu sein.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Carlaville-Team – wir werden definitiv wieder hier buchen und empfehlen den Service uneingeschränkt weiter!
