J'ai loué une Logan dacia récente à un prix extrêmement compétitif pour la saison.
Voiture très récente. Climatisation au
top! Consommation très faible.
Simplicité dans la transaction.
Ponctualité et rigueur.
En août 2025, la société accepte les cartes de débit, ce qui est devenu très rare.
Je recommande cette agence.

Car la Ville offre un service excellent! La voiture était propre, bien entretenue et prête à l’heure convenue. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Mention spéciale à Mr. Wael pour sa communication professionnelle et efficace. Les prix sont justes et transparents, sans frais cachés. Je recommande vivement cette agence. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir vers eux si j’ai besoin d’une voiture de location à l’avenir.

J’ai loué une voiture chez Carlaville et je suis très satisfait de mon expérience. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été professionnel.

Le véhicule était propre, en excellent état et parfaitement adapté à mes besoins.
Le processus de location a été simple, rapide et transparent, sans mauvaises surprises.

Ma location de voiture sur Tanger a été annulée la veille de mon arrivée par un vulgaire mail sans même qu'on me contacte et qu'on me propose une solution alternative. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette société. J'ai dû dans l'urgence 12h avant mon arrivée me débrouiller pour trouver une location à la dernière minute alors que j'avais réservé chez eux 1 mois avant mon voyage

1ere fois que l’on prenons une voiture avec Car la ville, et franchement belle découverte. Très bon Rapport qualité/prix.
De la prise de contact avec Youness, au retour, tout s’est très bien déroulé.
La voiture était en bon état (comme expliquer lors de la réservation).
Ayoub qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et est venu récupérer la voiture à notre départ : nickel, très ponctuel et très facile à atteindre.
Nous savons qui contacter lors de nos prochains voyages à Casablanca.

I recommend this rental company. Guys contacted me beforehand, we agreed that I would pay in Euro. Upon arrival the car was handed very quickly. I got a diesel Opel Corsa with empty tank and returned it with empty tank as well. The car was good, quite fresh, with just 17,500 km of mileage. I drove almost 1,800 km and had no issues at all.
Prior to the returning we chatted in Whatsapp and agreed on a meeting place. 10 minutes after arrival everything was done, I got my deposit in full. No catches, small print or hidden agenda. Everyone is helpful and nice.
