We understand you have already disputed the payment through your finance group. We want to assure you that we are taking this matter seriously and are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

As you may be aware, one of the models, the Spark Model Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team No.44 W15 E Performance - Lewis Hamilton Model Car 1/64 Y364, is currently on special order with our supplier. Due to this, there has been a delay in the dispatch of your entire order.

We have sent a follow-up request to our supplier to inquire about the ETA for this particular model. As soon as we receive an update, we will notify you immediately. In the meantime, we can ship the remaining models in your order without additional charges. Please let us know if this is acceptable to you.

We have also sent you an email on Tuesday, 15th October, requesting if we can split your order and send the available models. We have not received a response yet, and we would appreciate it if you could kindly reply at your earliest convenience.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory resolution.

We regret any annoyance and aggravation that the several delays with your pre-ordered product and the waiting period for your return have caused you. We can appreciate how disappointed you are, especially in light of the revised release dates. We frequently have little control over these delays since manufacturers occasionally experience unanticipated events that cause them to postpone product releases.

On May 10th, 2024, we started a transfer concerning your reimbursement. We are unable to transfer the refund back to the original payment method, though, because the order was placed more than six months ago. You need to fill out the transfer form that we emailed you. We can begin processing your refund right away as soon as we get the completed form.

We regret not getting back to you regarding the progress of your refund. Our customer care team has discussed this with us to guarantee prompt replies going forward. Kindly inform us if you encounter any difficulties locating the transfer form or if you have any other inquiries.
