This was a gift so i never actually saw the 3 cars myself. However i am assured they ate brilliant and he loved them. The purchase and post process was easy and trouble free and i was kept informed the whole way. In short a trustworthy retailer. Recommended without hesitation.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Ordered a model for £275 but unfortunately arrived damaged. Sent an email describing the issue and with pictures attached but no response. Tried their contact number several times but went to voicemail quite quickly so left a voice message explaining the issue and my number so they could call me back. Eventually got some sort of reply weeks later asking if I'd like a replacement model or a refund, I asked for a replacement. Some more weeks go by and am then informed they no longer have the model in stock. Had this been actioned much sooner they may have been able to ship a replacement. Even more going back and forward with them requesting a refund until I eventually got one. Originally emailed about the defective product on 14th April & got the refund on 23rd May... I have another product on the same order which is currently on back order, hope it arrives..

Looking into your specific case, it appears there were delays in obtaining stock confirmation from our supplier. Unfortunately, the availability of replacement models heavily depends on the supplier's inventory. We responded to your initial email on March 4th, and while we aim for faster resolution times, the back and forth communication regarding stock may have contributed to the overall delay.
We appreciate your patience during this process and apologize for the missed opportunity to fulfill your request for a replacement. We're glad you received your refund on May 23rd. We hope the other product on back order arrives soon.
To prevent similar situations in the future, we're actively working on improving communication channels and supplier inventory checks.

I contacted CMS as I was looking for specific models and they were able to supply some of them. They were very helpful and so far this is my favourite car model store.
Communication was great, the quality of the products I have received have been excellent and I would highly recommend using them to others. A great service.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED - no product or any response even after 4 months!!
Two products were ordered on 22 August 2023 and 8 September 2023 respectively for which payment was taken. To date I have NEVER received either product and nor are they available on the website. I have not had the courtesy of any update and all my correspondence has been ignored. I await a full refund but will unlikely ever receive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Order has never arrived
Ordered on the 18th December, still haven’t received any of the items, seller claiming something is ‘on back order’ have asked for the 2nd time for my money to be refunded and won’t refund.

A small problem with the courier delayed delivery. They offered to repost on a 1day delivery if not received in the next few days. Fortunately the Royal Mail came through and all was well. Great customer service great product lines. Very happy customer
