Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service, communication via WhatsApp (automated) is brilliant, the car was brought down country for us so we didn't have to travel far.
Extended warranty information is clear, and I think, reasonably priced.
Show room staff friendly and very helpful, chilled, no pressure approach was really good
When we found a minor fault with the car there was no argument or dispute, they immediately got to work sorting out the solution.
Drove the car away same day
Very happy customers

AVOID at all cost
Pushy and disinterested at the point of sale, more focused on upselling than actually helping.
Showed complete inflexibility over a brake issue on the vehicle we bought, refusing to take responsibility for the work they carried out.
Avoid at all costs.

Good choice of cars
Good choice of cars. Would prefer to speak to a person directly on the phone though rather than an automated service. Also, would prefer better payment options such as payment by card rather than bank transfer there and then. Otherwise, the staff were really helpful and made the trade in and purchase very quick and easy. Also helped that the chosen car could be moved to a garage of our choice and the £39 was refunded in our purchase.

Headed down to Southampton to view a…
Headed down to Southampton to view a car we were interested in purchasing. Friendly greeting, went for a test drive, all ok but then wasn't able to negotiate any more off for stone chips on the bonnet so a bit disappointed. We then after nearly four hours we bought the car and drove away. Arriving home we discovered that there were two tyre slashes in drivers side tyre outer wall, this is a MOT failure so again very disappointed. The day after I emailed to let the customer service know this to get this replaced and still no answer. So unfortunately not a great experience.

Very hard sell at the beginning
Very hard sell at the beginning. Logged a return phone call at 09.30 on Tuesday Morning now Wednesday afternoon and still waiting. When we arrived we sat for 15 mins and then the car was bought round for the Test drive which was fine. We then sat there for half an hour while Courtney moved cars about. She then arrived with a sheet to assess my part exchange and then we waited for another half hour. All in all incredibly drawn out. 2 people walked out while we were there fed up of waiting. Arrived for appointment at 01.45 for 2.00 appointment walked out with my new car at 17.00hrs. 3 Hours to buy a car. Some people were still there. Would not rush to recommend to others

Extremely Disappointed with Carsa’s Handling of Warranty Issues
I am absolutely shocked at the level of service I’ve received from Carsa as the guarantor of the dealer‑backed warranty supplied with my vehicle.When AutoProtect failed to apply the correct terms of my warranty, I expected Carsa — the business legally responsible for guaranteeing the policy — to step in, support the claim, and ensure the contract was honoured. Instead, I received no meaningful contact, no support, and no ownership of the situation.
Despite repeated emails, Carsa provided slow, dismissive, and factually incorrect responses, ignoring clear contractual terms printed on the warranty schedule, including:•
The purchase‑price claim limit
• The turbo wear‑and‑tear extension
• The consequential damage clause
• Their own responsibility as the guarantor
AutoProtect’s delays have now left me unable to MOT my car, because the unresolved faults will cause an automatic fail. This means I am now without a road‑legal vehicle, all while Carsa continues to distance itself from the warranty it sold me.
Carsa’s lack of contact, lack of accountability, and refusal to engage with their obligations has been nothing short of disgusting. As a customer, I feel completely abandoned at the exact moment a warranty is supposed to protect me.I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle or warranty from Carsa to think very carefully. My experience has shown that when something goes wrong, Carsa offers no support, no responsibility, and no customer care whatsoever.
This has been one of the most disappointing after‑sales experiences I have ever had. Never buy a product from either of these company. Resolutions support was we hold no liability and will not support after offering a pointless £200 goodwill contribution And then withdrawing that offer! Still waiting for a responds form WhatsApp contact!

Awful experience,avoid this company like the plague. AA check non existence, selling cars with manufacturers recall and not advising customers. Warranty only £500 per claim covered me for 33% of the claim. Won't call back and hang up on calls. Ignore emails! Nothing positive to say about this company. Avoid, Avoid , Avoid.
