Don’t buy from this company
I purchased a watch, bracelet and a necklace on February 19th with VIP express shipping. I’ve contacted this company soooooo many times and they claim they’re doing their best to fix the issue and never did. The communication SUCKS. I got an email the other day from them telling me that they have confirmed that my order has already been delivered. LIES, I haven’t received a damn thing as of yet. I want my $117 and I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and I have screenshots and proof to show my bank that I haven’t received my order. The only thing it’s showing is that a label has been created and that’s been about two weeks now. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
UPDATE: I received my order a month and 2 days after placing my order with VIP express shipping. Everything that I ordered came and is as described but I won’t be ordering anything again from them.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam!
They advertise sets and also "Free" items to be included, but don't even send you all of the pieces in the set you ordered. They claim what they have advertised on their own product page is incorrect. I asked for a refund and they only offer 20% when they hadn't even fulfilled the order. In addition, they store your card information and charge you monthly when you didn't sign up for it and you receive absolutely nothing.

Man oh man, put it like this just glimpse from the one I had with Arabic numbers on the dial from last 12/26/2025 best birthday gift I got myself and chunky stones on top of stones everyone assumed I paid anywhere from $20-50,000 they be like why would you wear that at work or man can you hide your watch you're blinding me lol .We have very bright lights in my area .Now I have 2 more red and all white crystal with a green and gold on the way..I just need blue, black and rose gold these will match my shoes I design

refusal to cancel order
I have tried multiple times to cancel my order and I have received no communication from your support team. You charged me for items I did not purchase, and despite multiple requests to cancel the order immediately after you are yet to reply. This is absurd and a disgrace, if you ship my order and don’t issue a full refund legal action will be taken

24 hours no update
after writing a review yesterday I was told by this company to send a email with my name and order number and mark in the subject URGENT. I completed my end of sending a email i still have yet to hear back from this company! I paid for my items and have yet to receive it! You guys basically stole $179.51! Your support team is very fast at responding with any issues(no issues with the jewelry, just had to be reminded of my membership fee)! And your jewelry most def gets noticed (I was at the counter ordering some food and the clerk kept staring at my watch and bracelet while ordering, he was def distracted but still got my order right)! I have to keep my driving hand down (mostly left and sometimes right) when at a stop light/sign because other drivers are staring at my wrist or neck. Feels good to look like I'm ball'n out a control, without dropp'n racks!
