It’s been more than three years now since my dreadful experience with them . I have moved on but still the hardships I went through because of them wasn’t something I would wish on anyone

I had my asylum claim which failed and I was advised apparently it would have filled for a spouse which was meant to help with my case . I agreed to to it and mid way of my application the solicitor I was assigned to went on holiday so I was contacted by one of their other solicitors. Mid way she opted out my application mind you this is after I had paid my application fee for the new application to be submitted. I requested for a refund for the new application which they only agreed to pay half . I remained calm but one of their other solicitors most unpleasant solicitors to deal with ever . Luckily I got right on time to find different firm which represented me on the asylum claim that the representative from Cartwright failed to identify and advise on matters which my new solicitor quickly picked and turned the failed application into an application that won . Litteraly wasted my 3 years .

I just had a successful decision through for my IDR application. The solicitor that handled my application (Nisha Leel) was very thorough and helped me understand every step of the process.
