Comprendiamo perfettamente che il tempismo possa aver causato un comprensibile dispiacere; d'altronde, a chiunque fa un po' effetto vedere un articolo appena acquistato andare in promozione. Ci teniamo tuttavia a precisare che le campagne promozionali e gli sconti sul nostro sito (così come avviene in qualsiasi esercizio commerciale, fisico o online) sono pianificati in accordo con i produttori che ci comunicano la loro adesione un giorno o poche ore prima dell’inizio.

Queste iniziative hanno date di inizio e fine ben precise e, per ovvie ragioni di correttezza e trasparenza verso tutti i clienti, non possono essere applicate retroattivamente agli ordini già evasi.
