Cashel Travel レビュー

Rebeca has impeccable attention to detail and an excellent ability to read the client. From the very beginning of planning this last-minute trip, which was particularly demanding, she was able to anticipate potential questions and needs and adapt the itinerary based on what she knew was necessary to work efficiently, without ever losing sight of the details that make a difference.

Cashel adapted to all of my client’s requests, great service, very good guides.

The communication working with Adi has been very nice! She was always quick to respond to my questions and we did not have any trouble during the different excursions they had organised. We have worked with Cashel for many years and hope to do so for many coming years!

The attention to details and always online approach. During entire trip communications were kept and if a problem occurred it was resloved within time. Made our trip worry free and matched all locations and activities perfectly. Driver Mac was a delight and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Working with Agnieszka Blaikie at Cashel was a wonderful experience. She was always quick to respond, attentive, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process.

The program was very well organized, and our group especially loved the bagpipe workshop, the Folk & Haggis dinner, Edinburgh Castle with the audio guides, and the poetry walking tour in Edinburgh.

A special thank you to our guide, Seth Ewan, who led the Edinburgh walking tour and the Loch Ness excursion. He was absolutely fantastic and received exceptional feedback from both our participants and faculty leader.

Thank you, Agnieszka and the Cashel team—I look forward to working with you again!

I am truly grateful for Violeta's support in arranging this trip for my clients. The service was outstanding, and they returned absolutely delighted with their experience.

Everything, from their stay in London to their journey through Scotland, was perfectly coordinated. I would also like to give a special mention to the Spanish-speaking private guides, whose knowledge, professionalism, and attentive service made a lasting impression on the clients.
Thank you very much for making this such a memorable journey.

The guest had a wonderful experience and was extremely happy with the accommodation, the guide, and the overall services provided.
Thank you Violeta for all your assistance throughout and for helping us curate the perfect itinerary for them. We truly appreciate all your support and will get in touch for our future requirements soon.

Riki is absolutely amazing. The entire process from quoting stage to booking stage is easy. Riki is patient and extremely professional. Always a pleasure dealing with Riki and all consultants at Cashel Travel.
Highly recommend.

This wasn't an easy trip to put together but Violeta and Manon were absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only putting the trip together but the follow up was perfect.

Violeta and Manon, were great! Very attentive and patient with every change!

We hosted some of our top clients to a week experience. Steaks were high and pressure to make the experience memorable even higher.
Elise Pouvreau made sure that all the i's were dotted and t's crossed and pulled off a flawless and memorable experience for all involved.

Dear Riki, thank you very much for your help in organizing the trip to the Cotswolds for our client. They let us know that they had a wonderful trip. Everything was exceptionally well organized and went exactly according to plan. The hotel where they stayed was also of exceptionally high quality.
They had nothing but praise for the guide/private driver: Mr. Avo. He seemed to have boundless energy, provided information in an engaging and detailed manner, and was there to assist them whenever needed. His friendliness, dedication, and great sense of humor contributed significantly to the success of this trip. Thank you again.

This is the second time I have used Cashel Travel for my trip, and it has always been safe and reliable.
They provide excellent follow-up and are professional in every way. They find solutions, are always friendly, and offer the best possible assistance.
I would highly recommend this company

Our conference/incentive project was a hard last moment task to work on but Cashel Travel made it look easy! We got all support throughout the process and felt really secured in every aspect of the event. We really could relay on our Partner and knew, that if anything goes a bit different that we planned, they will have a plan B for it. A very strong side of this cooperation was the flexibility of our Partners when it comes to late changes and how we could be in touch via different channels of communication. We also value the experience, the knowledge of the destination, because we could be sure that the reccommended by Cashel Travel solutions will end up with only good results.

"I have been working with the company for some time, and it is always a real pleasure to collaborate with them. Violeta is always extremely helpful since I first contacted her. She speaks excellent Spanish, is very kind, and pays great attention to every detail. From the initial quotation through to the clients' return home, she remains constantly involved, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that every detail is carefully managed."

I recently worked with this company on a group trip enquiry and was really impressed. They responded very quickly, communicated clearly, and put together a professional and creative proposal that matched perfectly. It was truly a pleasure to work with them, and I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects in the UK and Ireland.

It is nice to work with Cashel Travel. They always try to make everything easy and they take great care of all the details and clients' needs. I have been working with Agnieszka and it is very easy to work with her, and communication is always really fluid, which is really helpful.

Al inicio sentí que teníamos que conocernos mejor para poder trabajar correctamente, pero una vez que lo hicimos, todo fluyo muy bien.

Cashel Travel’s services are top-notch and exceed expectations. Our passengers thoroughly enjoyed their trip to England. Although the passengers encountered a few minor issues, the staff responded quickly and provided the best solutions. Mercedes Godoy was very attentive, stayed on top of every request, and offered excellent service. Cashel Travel also surprised the passengers with additional services that greatly enhanced their experience. We have complete confidence in them for future trips.
