Hayley was really helpful with my enquiry, responded quickly and very professionally.

Great on line chat facility which enabled me to sort a last minute next day delivery. Thank you Liberty!

No capacity stated and we’re small. WhatsApp messaged for return address but no reply. Charged for collection! Terrible!

Needed copies of previous invocies which Hayley Limb was able to provide.
More importantly, she arranged for future invoices to be sent electronically to us so that we save on paper and time.

We have used Catering24 for just over a year and for the most part they provide the products on time. But every now and again for some unknown reason they forget to send the items delaying it by a day, which if it was a one off you could understand but when it’s roughly 20% of all orders - this is not okay.

After speaking to their team numerous times about previous orders that just never turned up, or an email that never arrived to say it has dispatched they always sent it the next working day instead. No compensation and sometimes not even a sorry.

But when this happens on a Friday for delivery Saturday - it will not be received until the Tuesday, which is far too slow for most fast moving takeaways.

I really have tried to move on from the bad experiences but it has just happened again - and will now have to find a new supplier.

5 star shout out to Lynnette in the customer service team. Super personable and professional when helping me with a problem with my order. Remedied the issue and would prefer to order from catering24 over other companies in the future just because of the great customer service.

I had a little trouble with my order from Catering24 but Hayley from customer service was so helpful and done everything to ensure that I will receive my order in time and as I requested. I highly recommended it to my friends also. Thank you so much

I had just placed an order online and had later realised I'd forgotten something. I contacted catering24 via WhatsApp and they called back within a couple of minutes and added the item to my order for delivery the next day. What a great service with lovely helpful staff. Thank you
