Fantastic products, quick delivery and superb customer service. I have had brilliant customer service and support from them. I am a new small business and I am so impressed by their service. Well done. First class.

Quick response and great help, will order stuff today for next day delivery

Liberty was excellent. Got me exactly what I wanted.

Order was wrong however quickly rectified thanks to the help of Hayley. Cannot thank you enough, highly recommend xx

Liberty was so nice and helpful, fixed our wrong delivery in no time at all with no fuss.. Excellent

I would like to make a massive shout out to Jackie who today realised that I had put an order through for the wrong date and got it touch with me to confirm the date. Thankfully I will get my order tomorrow :-)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Laura, I sent in a WhatsApp message about part of my order missing. She called me back promptly to discuss this and sorted it out. Amazing Service 👏

Ordered some dishwasher detergent - on arrival Dpd told me it was damaged . When it arrived container was leaking and had been rebagged due to leak / despite telling catering24 this - they refuse to give refund without photographic evidence which we didn’t have due to staff decanting what was left of contents - the liquid 5ltrs were packed in just a box with no protection in the box ! we WERE regular users of this company since 2021 spending over £1000 a year with them but not anymore - Any company that does not take responsibility to resolve its mistakes or listen to its paying customer doesn’t deserve the business !

Needed cups, ordered at about 18:45 and they arrived next day by lunchtime! Perfect service - would recommend and will use again. Thanks!

I been ordering from Catering24 for a couple of years now and they’re always so kind and helpful. Lynnette especially! She’s always ready to help if I have a question regarding my order.
