Hey Nadine! Thanks for your feedback. We've been in touch with you directly about your order. Unfortunately the gift box you selected contained alcohol and due to NZ Post's processes, the gift could not be left unattended at the delivery location. Our delivery partners are responsible for making sure all gifts which contain alcohol are signed for by the recipient, to prevent alcohol ending up in the wrong hands. We're so sorry for the inconvenience but we do hope your gift was well received.
Order was never even posted
Order was never even posted. I had to chase this up after four days as it hadn’t been sent. Very dissatisfied. Was provided a refund fortunately but will not order from here again.

Hey Fiona, we're sorry you've had this experience. It's definitely not something we like to hear happen. Your gift was dispatched on an overnight courier however our delivery partners were dealing with the backlog of deliveries in the Hawkes Bay which unfortunately delayed your gift. We appreciate your disappointment at your gift not being received on it's desired delivery date and I'm glad to hear that you've been in touch with our team to solve the issue and that the gift has now been received. We really do hope the delivery delays due to the storm, don't stop you from ordering from us again.

This is the 2nd Year we sent a wee box to my Auntie for her birthday and can't thankyou enough for the great service and great products, my Auntie felt very special and loved the treats. It's great that you don't have to spend a lot to make someone feel so very special
