The service & delivery was good & on time. The celebration box looks good though it’s smaller than I had imagined. Nevertheless, perfect birthday gift for friends.

The boxes were excellent
The boxes were excellent, the delivery was the problem. I ordered on Friday for a Monday delivery in Wanaka. The boxes didn't arrive until Tuesday and they contained donuts. NZ Post are probably at fault here but they need to hear from you that their service is not good enough.

While they deliver on time 97% of the time, when our donuts are involved in delivery delays, we're really proactive in chasing them up. We do know that our donut gift boxes are kept refrigerated while at the depots. Thank you so much for your understanding about the delivery delays and we're really happy you loved your boxes! Easy to follow safe online ordering, quick and efficient delivery times. Always emailed communications throughout order must admit I will highly recommend especially if you don't know what to send someone, they have a wide selection of gift boxes at affordable prices. Parcel was due to be delivered today as a gift. The tracking sayings it has just been collected by courier and on the way to depot. Given I ordered this last week, to be delivered today, it is extremely disappointing

Hey Allison, Thanks for your feedback.
Even if you order your gift in advance, our process is to hand pack and send every order the day prior to the selected delivery date on an overnight courier. Around 97% of our parcels arrive on time, which is why we don't send them early.
I've had a look into the tracking for your order and it appears there were delays at both NZ Post depots on the way to Westport which is unfortunately out of our hands. We completely understand your frustrations as it's not ideal when a gift arrives after the special occasion - we do apologise for the inconvenience and hope the gift was still well received despite the delay.

absolutely awesome small business in NZ due to cyclone Gabrielle my celebration box was delivered late but this business had awesome customer service and got it delivered straight away definitely recommend
