Order two boxes to be delivered…
Order two boxes to be delivered together on the same day. They were delivered late (2 days late) and separately. So I must I’m quiet upset.

Hey Zo! Thanks for your feedback. While your order was picked up from our HQ on time, a lot of the packages were delayed at depots over the weekend. Deliveries were suspended nationwide due to the State of Emergency announced as a result of Cyclone Gabrielle. You can imagine the backlog this would have caused, sadly your packages were delayed as a result of this. While we understand that you are upset, unfortunately the delivery delays were out of our control. We hope you understand and continue to support us going forward.

Hey Cayleb, we've been in touch with you about delivery delays for your order. As you would be aware due to the National State of Emergency, all NZ Post deliveries were suspended causing major disruptions throughout the country. Unfortunately the area in which your delivery was intended to be delivered was severely effected by the Cyclone. Hi Keith, We pride ourselves on being responsive to our customers especially during events like Valentines Day. We can see that you contacted us via email in the early hours of Thursday morning when our business is closed, unfortunately due to you being based overseas you may not have realised there was a time difference. We advised that you had not set a delivery date for you order and offered to send it on an overnight courier for delivery the next day which you confirmed was okay. Box’s we’re amazing down fall I ordered 2 box’s at the same time but 1 got delivered and the other had to be picked up 4 days later from post office and because it was a surprise I had to let him know he has a package and needs to go pick it up
