Hey Tearne, we appreciate you being so understanding. The delivery delays were due to the Nationwide State of Emergency declared. Unfortunately, the air network was suspended which mean't that although your gift had been picked up from us, our delivery partners could not get it down to you in the South Island. We can see it has now been delivered. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we do hope it was enjoyed despite the delay.
Valentine’s Day Box
Sent a celebration box as a Valentine’s Day present. There were different specially designed boxes to choose from for Valentine’s which was a nice touch. The box arrived on time, neatly presented with my message inside. It was even delivered in the middle of a hurricane! Highly recommend.

During this time we were operating under a NZ wide National Emergency which meant despite us having all orders completed ahead of schedule, Couriers weren’t operating in the lead up to and including Valentines Day. The packaging was great
The packaging was great! The Fragile label would of been hard to miss. My partner loved it!! Despite the cyclone and the road blocks we still received our package before valentines day! Thank you!
