If It was possible to give this company 0 star I would have done it. Very bad customer service and once they get your money you could barely hear back from them. Still No item no money refund.

I ordered an Iphone in July and have…

I ordered an Iphone in July and have been informed that the phone was shipped 3 months ago. Still waiting for the phone to arrive (October 2020)

At the beginning I was in contact with them and they were telling me that its the fault of the delivery services. They kept saying the will issue a refund, when I asked back for the refund, they are no longer answering me back. I feel I was scammed and the fact they do not want to refund me is ensuring this.

I am trying now to get them to answer my messeges here, and if they do not, Its for certain they do not want to issue a refund and they scammed me. I paid 600 euro for the Iphone. This is so frustrating. Please help

I want this problem to be public to everyone so no one has to go through all the struggles I’ve been going through since the past 3 months. I’ll update my post if my problem is solved.

Update: i have received an answer from cell crazy just to inform me that i have to wait longer. Its been 3 MONTHS waiting !
Unbelievable this company. (Worst customer service you can ever deal with)

cellcrazy blocked my email so i cannot email them this way my review is deleted.

Got a good deal from Cell Crazy !!!!!

This is my second time ordering from CellCrazy now, and they are amazing. The service is so reliable and my order came in 2 days. I bought a grade iPhone 8 Plus, but i was surprised when i saw it as it was as good as new. I appreciate the quality they provide.

Refund Experience

I was due a refund from Cell Crazy and it was sorted out by an extremely pleasant customer service rep called Harry. He kept me informed all the way through the process and was even checking with me late in the evenings. My refund came through, great job Harry, thanks.

Not recommended! No phone, no money!

Was waiting over a month for payment after I sent phone for recycle. Decided to give them another try and sent another phone. They lost my phone! No phone, no payment! Nothing! Phone was delivered two months ago.

Very happy with my purchase and service…

Very happy with my purchase and service provided by Cellcrazy,basically my ipad pro got dropped and screen got smashed, I tried to call Apple and book appointment but the date is not available and coz i use it for my work its very important for me to fix it ASAP so I booked callout service with an online company, the technician came to my house but while fixing the screen he messed my ipad more and even he left my ipad with me with an excuse that he needs another part and he will come back and he didn't answer my call once he left, i was too depressed as all my data is very important then colleague of mine referred Cellcrazy and I been to them in the morning and i again explained them everything, they said they need 1 day to fix my ipad and next day when i collect my ipad its as good as new and all my data is saved. I am very happy with repair done by them and please guys do your research before you handover your devices for repair always go to a trustworthy company.

Awful experience - 4 months waiting for £500 refund

Similar experience to a few reviews down. Ordered a new phone back in May, only to get a phone call a couple of days later saying actually they didn't have the colour in stock and it would be about 10 days. A few weeks of chasing up then ensued - I was not kept up to date and had to get in touch with them every time they promised to contact me and did not, eventually told they had the phone and had sent it special delivery but did not provide a tracking number when requested. Phone didn't show up, they "investigated" and told me DHL said the parcel was stolen. At this point I requested a refund as I did not trust that I would ever get the phone at this point. I was told the refund would be issued by 10 business days. This was the start of June. When the refund didn't appear, I was then told it was a delay with World Pay, and that I would have the money by 4th July at the latest, and that they would call me to check I had received it. Of course they didn't. I chased up and was again told they were investigating it, but failed to provide a transaction and retailer ID when requested. At some point they stopped replying to emails and the phone diverted whenever I called them. Tried on my partner's phone and lo-and-behold they answered straight away! So I guess they had blocked my number. In the end I made a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider and just got my money back finally last week. I would suggest steering well clear of buying any new phone from this company, and if you want to take the risk, definitely pay by credit card so you have a back up means of a refund in case these cowboys try to screw you over like they did me.

EDIT: The company have responded to me as you can see below - quoted here in case it disappears: "Hi Jenny we are sorry to that but your order was refunded same day when you requested refund. Credit card companies are taking longer than usual coz of current situation. But we have responded all your emails and calls straightaway. As a customer you have right to put your review on but an honest review will be appreciated."

I have provided an honest review, and an honest response would have been appreciated but sadly I would expect nothing except more excuses from this company. My emails and calls were absolutely not responded to straight away, and I lost count of the number of times I was told they would call me back or email me the answer and they did not.
I've just looked back to our email thread now to illustrate the lack of responsiveness. From 1st June to 3rd August I sent 11 emails, all containing questions and received precisely 2 responses. If it was possible to attach a picture I would show a screenshot for proof. The number of phone calls - those that happened and those that were attempted - far surpassed this number, but I did not keep a log of these until towards the end of the whole debacle.
I would say that the lack of communication was the worst thing about this whole affair. Obviously it sucked not having my money for so long, but I do understand that some things are taking longer due to the pandemic - but months? Really? And how come it's always someone else's fault? As a company you are still responsible for the systems you use. Besides, my bank told me they had tried to contact this company as well and had had no success. I'm actually amazed that within half an hour they responded to this!

The worst customer service

The worst customer service i have ever received. The phone i ordered was out of stock, i only found this out 2.5 weeks after i ordered, 4 phone calls and a load of broken promises that the phone was being sent out "special delivery" the next day. The lies became too much so i asked for a refund. I had to chase this up numerous times, eventually i ended up going through my bank to get the money back. They rarely answer their phones, never call back when they say and clearly shouldn't be operating a business. I would recomend looking else where unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Cell crazy received my phone on the 1st…

Cell crazy received my phone on the 1st of September, but I’m still waiting for my money. I wish I had sent my phone to another company. I don’t recommend this company for SELLING your phone.. I had to call them 3 times because I didn’t even receive any confirmation email that they received my phone...
After that I finally received a confirmation email (2 days ago in the morning) and they agreed that I will get my money in 24 or 48 hours. 48 hours has passed but I didn’t receive my money.

11.09.2020. Update. I sold my IPhone 11 phone, they received on the 1st of September.
I asked them by email yesterday that I want my iPhone 11 back or my money. They replied:
Hi, i will check your payment status tomorrow and update you in the morning. They forgot to update me again..
I still didn’t receive my money. So now I’m going to report to Apple and police as well. Avoid this company.

Update. That’s not true I bought this phone from Apple and I still have my receipt as well. I’m going to the Police and I will report this company.

Ordered a phone 3 weeks ago.. Still not received... Still no refund. Keep getting excuses on phone and email. Avoid. Now got my money back but only after my bank investigated
