Michael the Certas engineer called today to replace a part on the oil boiler, following his annual boiler service last week. He was both friendly and professional. He carried out both visits in an efficient and effective manner. Thanks to Michelle in the office who arranged the visits and communicated well with me also in a warm friendly and professional manner.

Kevin Forsyth (Certas Boiler Engineer) serviced my Boulder Buderus 5 Camray Oil Fired Boiler he clearly is a professional in his work set, reliable in doing his job, very polite, clean and tidy when carrying out the service on boiler. When serviced full explanation of what had been done and changed. Highly recommended.

Mark has serviced our boilers for 20 years or more. Always professional and reliable and would highly recommend. To be honest if mark is the reason I have kept our contract going.

We were so pleased with the service from Certas Energy, our boiler was attended to by Jake Winter, he was fantastic coming out on a bank holiday! The service was brilliant, and had us up and running in no time! I recommend Jake and Certas Energy to anyone.

Mark Armstrong is always bright and cheerful, on time and explains everything clearly. Any problems with the boiler are dealt with effectively and he is an extremely tidy/efficient worker.

I could smell oil which wasn’t a good sign, so I contacted Certas ( who I also get the annual service with) and they came out very quickly.
The engineer, Phillip Cooke, was very knowledgeable, explained why and what needed doing and replaced the pump there and then. It now runs much smoother and most importantly no leaks. Phillip was able to demonstrate great all round knowledge and put my mind at ease. Could not been better, was on time and very informative.

Mark is always polite, efficient and professional. He has been servicing our boiler for years and I have always found him to be prompt, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service you give.

Good communication before the visit. Then on time for the appointment . Polite. Enthusiastic. No mess. Successful. Mark Armstrong has been servicing and occasionally repairing the boiler for over a decade. Fantastic.
