Phillip Cooke serviced my boiler yesterday. He was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the system which is quite old. He made useful suggestions and insights.
Certas always does a good job.

Phil was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He sorted the issue with minimum fuss, and very quickly. Highly recommended Engineer.

I’m really disappointed with the service from Circus Energy. Our oil delivery arrived at least a week late, which is unacceptable when you’re relying on it to heat your home. What makes it worse is that this is the second time this has happened.

There was no apology from an actual person, just a generic automated response that didn’t address the situation at all. When you’re paying for an essential service like heating oil, you expect reliability and at the very least some proper communication when things go wrong.

Being late once might be understandable, but repeating the same issue without any real customer support or accountability is frustrating. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Our engineer - Phillip Cooke - was politely, friendly, timely and fixed a number of minor issues that would have caused more problems if left unattended. Exactly what you want from a service

My elderly mother’s heating was not working properly leaving her upset and anxious, a quick call to Certas Heating Services and an engineer was arranged to call the next morning. Phillip Cooke arrived promptly and carried out a thorough check of the system and fixed the problem. Thank you Phillip for a great service!!

Mark Armstrong arrived early and serviced our outside boiler as he does annually. Mark did his usual thorough job and cleaned the boiler meticulously as ever.

Mark recently serviced our boiler, as he does every year, he’s always cheerful and polite, knows his job, would always recommend Mark.

To start this review I’m gonna say I phoned up at 9 o’clock and by 11:00 Mark had arrived , fixed the problem and he explained what had gone wrong. Everything was clean and tidy on departure. Absolutely phenomenal.

Excellent service
Phillip Cooke quickly resolved an intermittent fault and our heating has been working perfectly again for the last 9 days.

We have used Certas Energy for over 20 years and Mark Armstrong has always serviced our boiler and AGA. He is an excellent engineer who is always professional and does a wonderful job.

Mark Armstrong has been my boiler engineer for 9 years. He is without doubt the most respectful and professional man I have let into my home. He always calls 10/15minuets before arriving, he is very respectful of my home, he is a clean worker and always lets me know what parts if any he has replaced. Mark is sociable but does not stand around, he takes pride in his work and keeps meticulous records of each service. I requested 7 years ago that he be the only engineer to attend my property as I respect his professionalism and how he works providing the highest level and quality of service.

Excellent service from everyone at Certas Heating Services when my oil fired boiler broke down, from the friendly and helpful staff in the office to the engineer Mark Poole. Everything was dealt with promptly and smoothly. I was kept fully informed throughout the process. Highly recommended.
