Mark Armstrong has serviced our oil fired boiler for nearly ten years and has always been careful, diligent and professional. Latest visit was no exception - thanks Mark!

Our regular boiler maintenance carried out efficiently by Phil Cooke. Identified some irregularities without pressure. Good experience.

Mark Armstrong has been our maintenance engineer for a number of years and he never fails to impress me. He is brilliant at resolving problems with our boiler leaving us confident that the boiler will remain in good order until its next service.

Phillip Cooke arrived as expected to deal with the oil boiler problem. The oil had run out and on refill the boiler refused to start. He set about exploring the situation. It was tricky and so he contacted the boiler manufacturer and sought advice. He got a solution to the situation from his own office and fired up the boiler. Phillip was personable professional and efficient.

Broken old boiler, cold winter - Phillip Cooke came and sorted it all out in 40 mins. Very impressed and pleased with service and Phillip. Thank you.

Mark Armstrong visited us to investigate a problem with our boiler and, as always, was a huge help. He is always ready to come back if required and go that extra mile which is hugely reassuring when there is a problem and we very much appreciate his help and support.

Jake Winter came on an emergency call out to fix our oil boiler then luckily soon after to service it. He was really helpful and did a really great job. Excellent work . Polite friendly and efficient and very professional and let us know what needed to be done. Very good communication. He also explained some remedial work that needed doing which was obvious when he pointed it out so well spotted. Very thorough. He also arranged a future visit to sort the problem out.

Ordered online. Given on or before 14th for delivery. Well 14 th came and went. No communication at all. Contacted via telephone. Took 3 attempts waiting over ten minutes each time. Cancelled order. Not happy at all.

I have no problem with the engineer but they seriously overcharge for parts . They have charged me 104.38 before vat for a transformer which is available from reputable dealers for 35.93 before vat

This is the fist time we have had 'Certas Energy' service and repair our boiler, as apposed to just the supplied oil.
The service engineer - Jake Winter, came to service and repair, our 'Firebird" boiler! Jake was punctual, courteous and very professional.
I will be asking for him again, may the need arise.

Engineer Mark Armstrong arrived on time. He was already familiar with our boiler and immediately identified the issue and had spare parts to hand to effect a repair. Mark was diligent, friendly and obviously experienced with our type of boiler. I would not hesitate to ask Certas and Mark to attend to any future issues. Hopefully this will not now be the case.
