Richard,the engineer was excellent. Both in the way he serviced the boiler and sharing his knowledge.

Gareth turned up on time his usual cheerful self.
Talked him through my problem and he fixed it and showed me what to do if it happened again. Then got on and did the annual service.
Gareth has been servicing my boiler for 16 years and has always looked after us well.
No hesitation in recommending him to anybody. He is always happy and helpful

Phillip Davey was my engineer and he came out for my annual service he was very professional and informative! He suggested I needed a replacement and was helpful in arranging that and is very thorough and friendly ensuring all my questions were answered! Highly recommend

Mark Armstrong has been serving our boiler for as long as we can remember. His thoroughness must have contributed to its longevity- it is nearly 30 years old. He respects our house as if it were his own and is always cheerful and chatty.

He was very respectful towards my house even removing his shoes when he crossed the carpet .
