I've been using Certas for my oil boiler annual service for 3 years now. It's been Gareth Thomas each time and he's really friendly and helpful but most importantly he is very experienced and knows what he is doing. I can highly recommend and the price has always been good.

Annual service carried out by Craig Vecchi in a professional and pleasant manner. As always Craig is a clean and efficient worker, always a pleasure to see him.

I’m very happy with the Engineer Kevin Forsyth who carried out the service to my Stanley Boiler. He did a thorough job and explained clearly why a few repairs/ small parts replacements were needed. Easy going and friendly man who was confident and knowledgeable.

Professional service, but communication could improve

Mark Armstrong from Certas delivered excellent service once again. He arrived early, worked tidily, and completed the boiler service with care and professionalism. He also took the time to explain what had been done, which was genuinely appreciated—great to gain that insight.

Unfortunately, the communication beforehand let things down slightly. The service was booked by phone back on June, but no confirmation email was received, despite being told one would be sent. We also didn’t get the usual courtesy call or text message the day before the visit, which has been standard in previous years.

Small details, but they make a difference. Hoping Certas can tighten up the admin side to match the quality of the on-site service.

Fantastic work carried out by Jake, as always, totally put my elderly mother at ease, from coming out to the boiler and fixing it when it had broken down to servicing it, all work professionally carried out. Jake is a credit to your company.

Once again the problem was fixed on our boiler with great knowledge from our engineer Riki Urquhart… great job!!
