I am still waiting for my glasses

I am still waiting for my glasses. I ordered them two months ago and have contacted support five times in total, but I am no longer receiving any response. I’m not giving this one star only because customer support helped me change the prescription values after I initially entered the wrong ones (thanks to Glenn) or at least I assume it worked, as I still haven't received the product.
Honestly, I’m disappointed and a little worried that I’ve been scammed or, at the very least, misled by understated delivery times. It’s such a cool-looking product, which makes it even more frustrating that they haven't met their proposed delivery dates or offered clear communication through customer support. Not sure if it’s worth ordering at this point, I hope the product makes the wait worth the hustle but I right now doubt it.

Unhappy with Delivery Time

I ordered my glasses thinking they’d come in a week. Going on week 2 and it still hasn’t shipped. Poor communication about shipping times on website. I wouldn’t have ordered if I had to wait weeks.

The products are goood at first but…

The products are goood at first but than fall apart I had two sepperste music shields break under a year after endless back and forth messages I was prompted to send back both of the glasses for one 10 more upgraded pair that math doesn’t math with me so I purchased a third newer pair and got an immediate shipping delay/ back order this is really just unbelievable for a “luxury“ product
*Update * was contacted by James from upper management who promised a bunch of things I agreed to and than stopped responding for more than 11 days …..no refund no exchange no replacements what is going on over there !!!?!??

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I requested a refund and they had the nerve to ask me to keep the item. It’s been a month since they acknowledged the item has been returned back to their warehouse and no refund. TRASH COMPANY

My glasses arrived defective and the…

My glasses arrived defective and the company is not replying to any of my messages. I promptly sent pictures and a video, registered for the warranty, asked about returning, have been tagging them on social media and nothing -for almost 2 weeks. Buyer beware!! Scam behavior. They do not stand by their products.

Extremely disappointing experience — inconsistent updates, no delivery after 1.5 months


I don’t usually post reviews, but I literally made a Trustpilot account just to write this one because of how disappointing this experience has been.

I placed my order at the end of April for a birthday gift, and more than a month and a half later, the order still has not been delivered. The tracking has been stuck on “Preparing pickup” .

What makes this even more frustrating is the inconsistent communication. I was previously told that my order had already been shipped from the international fulfilment facility and was in transit to the UK. However, when I chased again, I was then told there had been a delay in the pickup process from the fulfilment centre. These two updates clearly do not align.

There was no proactive communication about the delay. I had to keep chasing for updates myself, despite repeatedly explaining that this was a birthday gift and asking them for a clear update. I feel like I’ve been left completely in the dark, and I’m now in an awkward position because I trusted the updates I was given.

To make matters worse, a few days after I placed my order, they were running a promotion. I genuinely do not understand why they would continue promoting and taking more orders if they were not able to fulfil existing orders properly.

If I had known in April that the order would still not be properly dispatched by now, I would have cancelled it. This has been a very poor customer experience, and based on this, I would not order from them again.

Its been a week now and they didnt ship…

Its been a week now and they didnt ship my purchase to sweden yet.
It says standard shipping time to sweden is 7 days now thats very ironic and a big joke to me.

I ordered my Aura Glasses black calm…

I ordered my Aura Glasses black calm 05-08-26, it taking too long for them to shipped it. Same reason every time that they are working hard to sent the glasses right away. They even told me that they will prioritize my package. I demanded a refund and they told me that it will take 15days. Yesterday I received an email that my package was on its way and today They send me an email again that my glasses arrived but I didn’t received any. I contacted them via Email and no response after 3-4days. Now I don’t know if Im gonna see my glasses or this company is a total scam. I also tried calling them a lot but no answer.

This has been the most frustrating…

This has been the most frustrating process. I ordered prescription lenses back on April 3rd. It is now May 27th i’ve been asking for a clear update from Chamelo for weeks on my shipment and every week they give the same response with no new information but they’re working hard to escalate the order and get an update from the manufacturing team. I can’t understand for the life of me how I can’t get a concrete update on the timeline of a product that i paid for. I am losing my patience. What are ya doing !?? What is going on?? At this point i’ll have to ask for a refund because there’s just no way they don’t know what’s going on with my order. They said it takes 30 days but now we’re approaching 60 with no update on my order.

Very bad customer experience.

Very bad customer experience.
The estimated delivery time on the website was showing 3-6 days, after 2 weeks the order hasn't even been shipped from their warehouse. Customer service replies to 1 out of 3 emails and with significant delay.
The whole excitement about this product has been ruined by unprofessional handling and customer service. I haven't received the order yet, but I'm already deeply disappointed.
This whole thing might be a scam as well. How come so many people have issues with receiving their orders. Something tells me I won't receive my order or money back... Got scammed basically

Delivery times are still awful

Terrible it seems the delivery service has yielded no improvements over the past year, placed an order of over £300 at around the end of April it’s may 25th and my order still hasn’t arrived. Same story they take days to email you back and it’s filled with empty promises about them speeding up the process.
Unacceptable to be operating in this manner. Would recommend you wait until another company designs a similar product before ordering here. Was really looking forwards to having use the product before my holiday but that’s not happening now.

The absolute worst shopping experience…

The absolute worst shopping experience I have ever had. I am waiting for the order to arrive for 2 months!!! And still waiting. Support team are so incompetent... they can't even include proper info on the status of the order, giving you the wrong status, wrong shipping number, lying about actions like one day they are telling that they have already send the oder, in couple of days they are telling that they just have sent it today. I really hope that the product itself worth it, because if not the entire company is so f*cked up.
