I'm giving 5 stars on the customer…

I'm giving 5 stars on the customer support and trouble shooting team of Chamelo. I couldn't ask for better complaint resolve than what they provided. My son loves the glasses, but wasn't crazy about the sound and they came late. They provide me with a discounted rate/refund to make things right and I greatly appreciated it. Kudos Chamelo! I have no doubts that if something happens to this pair he will order another pair.

Been waiting over 3+ month for my…

Been waiting over 3+ month for my product, but yet not received. I’ve been contacting them multiple times with their staff telling me they’ll look into it and update me, but I never got a response. Horrible customer service.

Don’t know where my purchase is

UPDATE 11/03: I received the glasses a few days later. Suddenly the tracking number was updated. I updated the amount of stars from 1 to 3.

Customer Support should be on top of things at any moment, and not let the inquiry of the customer wait for a 4-5 days without hearing back - especially when the item should already arrive and there is no update.

Don’t know where my purchase is, it needed to arrive a few days ago. Contacting customer service didn’t help to find answers, and now I’m being ignored. Reading the rest of the reviews here gives me the feeling that I’ll never see the glasses…

Horrible experience

My experience with Chamelo has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

In July 2025, I placed an order for a pair of Chamelo glasses totaling $259 plus $12.85 shipping. After waiting more than a month without receiving anything, I contacted their customer support and requested to cancel the order.

Their team confirmed the cancellation.

Despite confirming the cancellation, they still shipped the product to me anyway weeks later without my authorization. This should never happen with a legitimate company.

Since the order had already been cancelled, I immediately contacted them and asked for a return label, because I should not have to pay to return something that was sent after a confirmed cancellation.

I requested a return label multiple times, but they never provided one. Instead, they instructed me to ship the package back using my own money and promised they would reimburse the shipping cost.

Because of their mistake, I had to waste my own time going to the post office and pay for return shipping out of pocket. I returned the package and provided the tracking number exactly as they requested.

After months of waiting, they finally responded offering a refund of $221, which is not even close to the correct amount.

The correct refund should include:
• $259 for the product
• $12.85 for the original shipping
• The return shipping cost I paid because of their mistake

Instead, they are attempting to refund less than what they owe, after forcing me to deal with a problem that they created in the first place.

This entire situation shows extremely poor customer service, lack of accountability, and very questionable business practices.

I cancelled the order properly.
They confirmed the cancellation.
They still shipped the product anyway.
They refused to provide a return label.
They made me pay for return shipping.
Now they are trying to refund less than the full amount.

This process has dragged on for months, with slow responses and no real resolution.

Buyers should be very cautious when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, their customer support is unreliable and their handling of customer issues is unacceptable.

RESOLVED!

This started out as a 1 star review, but it turns out there were just some naughty spam filters to blame. Chameleon made it right and replaced the glasses. I look forward to using them!!

Ik gebruik hem voor het motorrijden ideaal als je tunnel in rijd en hij zich automatisch aanpast.

Veel getwijfeld ivm de prijs maar heb er tot nu toe geen spijt van.

Wel moesten me ogen even een paar dagen wennen aan de bril omdat deze zich aanpast aan het licht.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY OR WASTE YOUR $!I returned these glasses a year ago and received confirmation that Chamelo received the product and they also confirmed, over a year later and no refund just emails over and over stating they are escalating to another department! Scammers!
Even their reply is a lie, all order details they have, they just don't refund!

I have made a purchase and not received product.

I have previously made a purchase with the order number (34367) and I've yet to hear anything back in terms of shipping details or responses to my emails directly sent to customer service...these glasses are entirely too expensive to be dealing with mediocre customer service and shipping issues, I will be forced to report this purchase if it doesn't come very soon unfortunately.

I finally received the refund. Though it took a while, I appreciate it - thank you.

2nd review here.

I have been waiting since September 2025 for these guys to refund my purchase. Despite the odd placating email filled with lies and hot air, I've received nothing, they clearly have no intention of settling what they owe me and I'm now seeking legal advice.

I advise anyone considering purchasing from Chamelo to think twice. After 6 months of waiting, it's crystal clear they have no intention of refunding me.

My wife and daughter

My wife and daughter, love the Valentine gift. Very well wrapped. Amazing frames. The colors are so brilliant. And colorful. Love, the Classy look. Except for the delivery. It took us a couple of days to get our package. Especially on Valentine’s Day. We did not receive it, but we just understand because of the holiday. For next time, we’ll order a couple of weeks earlier. My Wife and daughter are very happy with the new frames. Our friends are getting jealous that definitely gonna order a pair for their wife’s and daughter. Thank you again.

Super service

J'ai commandé une paire de lunettes infinity, je les ai reçu plutôt rapidement. J'ai immédiatement apprécié leur design, la qualité ressenti et surtout le changement de teinte des verres. Par contre elle avaient un problème d'autonomie, et le service client a été très a l'écoute et efficace !

They are in a big hurry about everything but shipping

I’ve never ordered from them before. They were trying to sell me extra stuff AND ask for a review before I’ve even
