Excellent company!

I ordered the Dragon sunglasses with the adjustable tint. They're robust, stylish, and certainly unique by virtue of the adjustable tinted lens which alters instantly with a subtle swipe of the arm. The box and glasses case are a work of art, let alone the glasses themselves.

Moreover, the customer service team were excellent, quick responding, and kept me informed of the delivery process throughout.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Chamelo. Recommend!

The glasses arrived on time and they are absolutely beautifully made and look great ! I ordered two pairs. I gave the white ones to a friend she was over the top excited to own them .

“Apparently my package is on backorder, but the disappointment arrived right on time.”

I’ve ordered from Chamelo twice now, and both experiences were absolutely terrible. The products themselves aren’t bad, but the customer service and overall ordering experience are embarrassing.

The first time I ordered was around this time last year. I pre-ordered the Prime glasses, assuming—like any normal pre-order—that the company already had a set number of units ready to ship to early customers. Instead, it became clear they were using the pre-order money to start manufacturing. I kept getting excuse after excuse: “We don’t have the product yet,” “Manufacturing is delayed,” “We didn’t make enough,” etc. The order ended up taking almost 1.5 to 2 months to arrive. They tried to make up for it with a small refund and a free gift, which I appreciated at the time, but the whole thing still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fast forward a year. The Infinity glasses came out, and I figured surely they’d have corrected these issues by now. Nope—same situation all over again. I pre-ordered, only to be told once again that they didn’t manufacture enough and had already sold out of the pre-order… yet they kept selling it. The exact same excuses, the exact same delays.

Long story short: do not order from this company expecting a real pre-order experience or timely delivery. It feels like they take everyone’s money first and start manufacturing second, then scramble to explain why they can’t ship what they’re selling. If you want similar products, buy from another company. Chamelo clearly has no idea what they’re doing.

Absolutely no response. After they responded to your review

After giving this company a one start review, they reply to the review that I provided as if they really care they informed me that their upper management was going to help.They asked for further information to be provided, I provided the information
And also contacted them by email
And nothing has changed they never contacted me or emailed me any.Response.
Got my credit card company involved and is resolving the problem. This company is a fraud.

The glasses are awesome, best customer service

The glasses are awesome! Bought 2 pairs. Receiving a lot of compliments. The customer service (especially Aira) is amazing. The best customer experience I have until now. Quick response, friendly and always looking for the best solution. Will buy a new pair Aura (white version). So do not hesitate.

Shocking customer service ,place an order and wait days for a reply that never comes,I've placed my order and you've taken payment ,I've had no update on order or shipping information ,this item has been purchased as a gift and by the terrible no response ,I feel this now will not arrive on time and I will be forced to find another gift ,such a shame that this sale couldn't have been a pleasant sale.

I dont even know if my orders are arriving. It’s been over a month. I have ordered two. Still nothing.

I need to get my orders asap as I already missed it as I have left Europe already since you have stock issue. My husband is now leaving next and I need this gifts by 1st week of December.

Sound too low and product came damaged when I called customer service to return they told me no refund or exchange and it was a gift I purchased for my boyfriend

As an avid cyclist

As an avid cyclist, I always wanted to get smart sunglasses for those long climbs where I could to listen to nice playlist for extra motivation! These glasses are perfect for that as I am able to listen to music from my garmin 955 watch without the need to use my phone which basically is a game changer.
Music volume is pretty sufficient! I just wish there was more bass! The glasses are superlight weight, great battery life, easy and quick to charge, have adjustable tint, many colors to chose and most importantly look like sport sunglasses! The fit is amazing. Highly recommend!

Great Product Quality!

Good Ending: Waiting forever to ship and finally got the product

This is my 3rd and most likely final purchase. I was more than happy to support their product even if they always ship later than promised. But this time i placed my order on 12 Oct for Veil and recieved constant emails about the product being out of stock and when its coming back in stock but then its out of stock again despite being assured ill get the next shipment. Ive seen reviews of others ordering later than me but getting their products quicker and imagine how i feel. I can wait and i can understand your issues but you cant keep failing on your words and put me on the restocking game. I can absolutely see another stock shortage with December looming over the corner, this was supposed to be a gift in late Oct and was pushed back many times and i dont even have the confidence that it will ship before christmas. Its disheartening

UPDATE 10Dec/25 : Received the glasses FINALLY on Dec 3rd on time as a Christmas gift. It was originally a housewarming gift but that deadline was gone and I got a backup gift ready. Imagine my RELIEF that i dont have to get another plan b gift for christmas. Chamelo Support James contacted me this time and finally my order shipped out in their November batch. I have no issues with product quality and it actually looks and feel like expensive shades (Aura and Veil) So far my relatives has been wearing Aura for half a year with no issue. Chamelo have been sincere enough to offer me a discount for the long wait and delivered a quality product so I will still rate them 4 stars and hopefully 5 stars in the future if they solve their stock/production issues not measuring up to the demand. Thanks both Aira and James for following through with my order and make it an overall satisfied experience.
