Ich habe zwei Parfüms im Wert von insgesamt 500 Euro und das Paket war leer. Das Paket kam am 19.1.26 LEER bei mir an. Das ist Betrug. Chanel zieht sich raus und meint es war alles drin. Also bloß nichts bei Chanel bestellen. Dieser Betrug hat System. Ich habe hier noch zwei Beiträge gesehen, die die gleiche Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Es ist schäbig, dass so ein Label solche Betrugsmaschen nötig hat.

I have been using Chanel products for many years now, I am very surprised on reviews that have been given as my experience has always been a first class service.

Customer care are excellent, products excellent - there is nothing that I would say is bad at all.

For anyone reading the reviews, please don't be put off by any negative reviews, try for yourself.

I bought coco balme lipstick in love. There are holes in the lipstick and drip lines. Called customer service who said they are aware of the bubbles in the product but not the drip lines. Not interested, told to send back can take 10 days before the consider a refund but if product lost in post then your are responsible. They are selling known defective products at full high price and not informing the consumer.I have loved Chanel’s. Perfumes and make up since th 1990s but will never again purchase the now cheap and ugly products due to their complete disregard for their loyal customers experience. Shame on you Chanel. You have lost my custom after 35 years.

I placed an order almost a month ago and guess what??? It never arrived and every time I contact their support they say they will check and get back to me and they never do. I called their phone support today and the same person who was answering my emails picked up and said the same thing and she never got back to me! Hello?? Chanel, are you serious? Scamming your clients???

De parfum after smelling the tester from my local store . When it arrived the parfum has no smell to make the matter worse I bought 150 ml due to liking the tester from the store which still smells on my jacket. I didn’t expect to be writing such a bad review to Chanel such a huge brand but all I can say you just scammers and I hope people realise sooner than later. I have emailed Chanel to which they have not responded. Well I hope you have already scammed enough.

1 Stern ist bereits zu viel. Ich habe das erste Mal online bestellt und bekam ein LEERES Paket zugesendet. Kundenservice kontaktiert und alles nötige getan etc. und Chanel behauptet natürlich, dass es ordnungsgemäß gepackt und versendet wurde und keine Anhaltspunkte für Anderes gegeben sind. Kundenservice erneut kontaktiert, extremst abfällige Reaktionen erhalten und Aussagen wie "was soll ich denn machen", "was soll ich noch sagen". Ich solle mehr Geduld haben und man guckt noch, obwohl ich mehrmals gesagt habe, dass ich bereits eine Absage bekommen habe. Man wird abgewimmelt.

Mega dårlig oplevelse. Jeg sendte 1 købt vare online retur 29/11 25, med returlabel fra Chanels egen hjemmeside. Desværre eksisterer returadressen ikke og 26/1 26 har jeg så bedt om at få varen retur igen. Og må så se om jeg kan bytte varen et andet sted. Varen har været forsøgt leveret til Chanel flere gange uden held. Når man ringer til dem pr. Tlf. Fatter de overhovedet ikke, at deres egen leveringsadresse ikke er tilstede og hvad problemet er. Jeg blev flere gange bildt ind at pakken var på vej til Frankrig, men har hele tiden været på et opbevaringslager hos transportfirmaet. Så jeg køber aldrig mere på deres online.

Commande d’un vernis à ongles passée le 26 décembre. Le colis est indiqué comme livré avec code de sécurité, alors que je n’ai jamais reçu le colis et qu’aucun code ne m’a été donné.
Malgré cela, Chanel rejette la responsabilité sur Chronopost et a clôturé le dossier sans remboursement ni remplacement. Très décevant pour une maison de ce standing

Mein Paket, welches 2 Parfüms beinhalten sollte, ist leer, absolut LEER bei mir angekommen. Es war keins der Parfüme darin und auch keine der
Proben, lediglich ein kleiner Flyer.
Ich habe das erste Mal bei Chanel bestellt und bin entsetzt darüber, dass behauptet wird, das Paket sei ordnungsgemäß befüllt zu mir verschickt worden - es war LEER!

Ich Werde dagegen rechtlich vorgehen.

Das ist Betrug.

Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto sul sito ufficiale Chanel. Ho effettuato l'ordine il 21 dicembre e ho ricevuto il pacco il 5 gennaio. All'apertura del pacco — risultato perfettamente integro, escludendo quindi ogni responsabilità del corriere — ho riscontrato la mancanza di un rossetto e di tutti gli omaggi previsti (mascara e profumo). All'interno erano presenti solo molta carta e un sacchettino semivuoto.
Ho aperto un'indagine il 6 gennaio, ma dopo settimane di attesa e risposte evasive, la "soluzione" di Chanel (rif. ordine n° MP1IT10119591) è stata quella di declinare ogni responsabilità basandosi esclusivamente sul peso del pacco (260g). Tale giustificazione ignora totalmente il fatto che l'errore sia avvenuto internamente alla loro logistica in fase di confezionamento.
La cosa più grave e inaccettabile per un brand di questo prestigio è che, non appena ho menzionato di voler procedere per vie legali per tutelare i miei diritti di consumatrice, sono stata bloccata, rendendo impossibile ogni ulteriore comunicazione. Un atteggiamento ostruzionistico e arrogante che non rispecchia i valori che il brand dichiara di avere. Trattamento del cliente pessimo.

The company claims to be sustainable, however I have been using Parfum from them for many of my years.
When they introduced the twist and spray refills, I thought yes they have me forever now as a customer, however when you look into buying just the refills on their own in Australia, you can’t. Tried at several international airports the answer is no we don’t stock them. Try on line it’s a no also.
I know it’s only a small cylinder but it’s still useful and doesn’t need to be replaced every time, therefore they have to go to land fill.
Please help Mother Earth with little things to try and make a difference for years to come 🙏

Ich war kürzlich im Chanel Store in Hamburg und bin rundum begeistert. Um den Besuch wirklich genießen zu können, ist ein Termin absolut empfehlenswert. Schon im Vorfeld konnte ich meine Wünsche äußern, da ich eine bestimmte Tasche im Blick hatte.Etwa eine Woche vor meinem Termin wurde ich kontaktiert und meine Vorstellungen wurden besprochen. Mir wurde transparent erklärt, welche Modelle aktuell verfügbar sind, was ich sehr serviceorientiert fand. Vor Ort wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und äußerst zuvorkommend beraten. Das gesamte Team war freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich wirklich wertgeschätzt. Der Service war auf einem ganz anderen Level.Ich habe eine wunderschöne Tasche gefunden und bin super glücklich mit meinem Kauf. Hier macht Shopping richtig Spaß. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal beim Chanel online-shop ein Parfum bestellt. Die Ware kam genau eine Woche nach der Bestellung an . Alles war wunderbar fein verpackt. Das Verpackungsmaterial ist sehr hochwertig und edel. Ich habe mich unnötig von den überwiegend negativen Erfahrungsberichten zu Chanel auf dieser Plattform beeinflussen lassen, was mich sehr viel Nerven gekostet hat. Der einzige Kritikpunkt zur Bestellung bezieht sich auf den KI-Kundendienst, wo ich keine konkrete Auskunft zum Versand und Lieferzeiten erhalten habe. Ich hätte mir einen echten Menschen als Ansprechpartner gewünscht.

Ein paar Fakten: Die Bestellung erfolgte am Montag Abend und wurde sofort per E-mail bestätigt. Der KI-Kundendienst reagierte auf meine Anfragen sofort, erwies sich jedoch als nicht wirklich nützlich. Die Bearbeitung und Vorbereitung meiner Bestellung durch chanel-shop hat 3 Tage gedauert. Das Päckchen wurde dann am Freitag an DHL übergeben und kam schließlich am Montag Vormittag bei mir an.

Zonnebril online gekocht, gepast en meteen zag ik dat het niet mijn model was. Netjes terug in de doos gedaan en verstuurd. Nu krijg ik de doos zonder communicatie retour, vies en anders dan hoe ik het verstuurd heb. Navraag bij Chanel blijkt er een kras op de bril te zitten. Ik ben er vrijwel zeker van dat de doos tussentijds of bij Chanel is geopend en ontstaan. Hoe dan ook, ik draai er voor op en Chanel is niet eens bereid ook maar iets van goodwill te tonen

The scent is lovely, but the twist-top cap on the lotion broke almost immediately and wouldn't screw on properly anymore. Very disappointing. Hopefully, this will be improved in future versions.
