Shoes ordered were shipped out on the same day and were received (in Malta) very quickly after. Impressed with the efficiency of service.

Besteld via Amazon, voor een evident hogere prijs dan de gemiddelde Gabor sandaal. Retourvoorwaarden bekeken en de indruk gekregen dat, zoals gebruikelijk bij Amazon, retourneren gratis was.
Bestelling laat ontvangen, bleek niet nieuw in doos en een slechte kwaliteit.
Bestelling retour aangemeld, waarbij bleek dat ik retourkosten zelf moest betalen omdat het een andere verkoper was dan Amazon. Geretourneerd op eigen kosten met DPD naar ophaalpunt dichtbij. En Chaplinshoes de T&T gestuurd op het bij Amazon opgegeven emailadres. Lang verhaal kort: Chaplinshoes houdt 10 euro in op het retourbedrag om onduidelijke redenen. Bij navraag bleek dat ze vinden dat het ophalen bij pakketpunt 10 euro kost.
Uiteindelijk heeft Amazon de 10 eur vergoed maar zo hoort het niet te gaan!
Nog nooit zo’n slechte ervaring gehad met een verkoper op het Amazon platform.
Pas dus op voor deze gewiekste verkoper. Ze zijn duur, star en verzinnen ter plekke een argument om geen volledige vergoeding te geven.

I found the shoes (Mephisto), which are hard to find, especially in my country. The model, size and colour I was looking for. Your delivery was swift and came to my door. I'm very satisfied.

Poor quality. Didn't seem, look, nor felt like originals.

Items return postage from outside the EU can cost upwards of U$200.

Shoes arrived on time and incurred no extra charges,delivery in Ireland .Shoes were as described , in good condition and packed safely with minimum additional waste.

Delivery was ok. Shoes were too small, not the fault of Chaplin Shoes. The refund was swift. However, I had to pay for the return which put me 23 euros out of pocket.

The box came open. It's not a normal situation.
