The boots that were delivered had very obviously been worn previously so I returned them. It cost me €22 postage which was not refunded. The customer service agent was exceptionally rude when contacted. I would not buy from them again.

Fast receipt of product, very well packed. Boots of very good quality in terms of material (good cquality leather) style (timeless) and comfort (doesn't gave to be broken in). Can warmly recommend.

I received the wrong size, they said it was my fault, very costly to ship back, lost about $80.00, very rude and unhelpful, when ordering buy from the States, stick to buying in the States. I was hoping they would be some what considerate, they just didn't give a care.

Shipment arrived fast and was exactly as promised. No hassle.

Ik had via Bol.com een paar Gabor schoenen gekocht waarvan de tong niet goed in het product gezet is. Ik moest foto's doorsturen en de reactie van Chaplin Shoes was: wat wil je hiermee nou bewijzen? Ik ben afgehaakt zowel bij dit bedrijf als bij Bol.com. Totaal geen service en zeer onbeschoft in het reageren op klachten.

Communicatie over een paar merksandalen dat na 8 maanden (waarvan ik ze 4 maanden heb gedragen omdat ik ze in de winter kocht) heel kortaf, eenrichtingsverkeer en 0 tegemoetkoming. Levering etc gaat snel maar service biedt dit bedrijf helaas totaal niet. Ik zal hier niks meer kopen

J'ai reçu mes chaussures dans les temps. Elles correspondent à la taille, à la couleur, à la marque. Je recommande donc Chaplin shoes. Avis franc et sincère

Just got my shoes delivered yesterday. The Easy navigation around web site is great and delivery was only a few days. Runners fit perfectly and look great so we'll done great service .

Everything went as smoothly as I could have wished. Was initially a bit worried as I have not had great experiences with DPD but it turned out totally fine in the end. Also love the shoes.

The ordering process is good. Shoes arrived on time and as ordered. I find the emails from Customer Service a bit rude regarding my concern. It was resolved but the customer service should be a little more friendly and not saying " I think you are joking?" Etc. Anyway all.was good at the end.
