Great experience with these guys on Kickstarter. Nice slick process and the nod product was delivered on time and to the quality quoted in the campaign.

Works very well. Heats up a bit, but never feels dangerous. I'll be giving one to each of my kids to use to keep their devices charged.

Excellent communication during the campaign and they delivered on time as as promised. Customer service was great , too.

Excellent product, delivered on time and with everything as ordered. I am using the Zeus 270W charger daily as my main charger for my M1 Max MacBook Pro and iPhone XS, and am very pleased with the performance, the clear display, the multinational plugs supplied (as I will be travelling in the long-term) and pretty much everything about the experience.

Would not hesitate to buy again from Chargeasap!

The Zeus charger is working extremely well for me. It provides over 200 watts of charging power reliably and does not get too hot. The charger is also much smaller than I expected.

Innovative company with great products. I follow them for every new products they present.

Traveling to Copenhagen and the North Sea, currently and this device is keeping my electronics topped off on 220volt without skipping a beat. Don’t need to worry about the plug, I’ve got it family.

Bunch of thieves. Backed them on Kickstarter and to date cannot get any feedback on where my order is despite it being over a month AFTER the expected delivdry date. They do respond to enquiries but only with generic cut/paste answers about their general production and shipping. Nothing sepcific to where my order is. Pathetic!

I just got the Flash Pro Plus power bank and I'm loving it! This thing is seriously innovative. It's got features I've never seen before in any charger. It recharges to full in just 70 minutes! crazy fast! I take it with me everywhere I go. Amazing

It was a slightly longer wait than expected but they delivered everything they promised. Zeus works flawlessly tested with a Dell Latitude, Macbook Pro and all sorts of gadgets. It does not skimp when it comes to capacity. Many chargers wimp out the minute you add a new device to be charged. Not Zeus - it handles the demands with real power.

I will try to tell a long story short. I'm a backer from Omega 200w and it tooked me a long time my 3 Omega where received, but to be fair there where again and again problems with factorys, problems with quality and so on, but Chargeasap tried to keep backers up to date. They worked over years and relatively sure over there backing amount they got, to get all backers the products or alternative solutions.

At the end I was lucky enough to got my 3 Omega 200w and for an year I was really satisfied, but unfortunately in the meanwhile 1 of my 3 Omega 200w is defective after exactly an year, regrettably the warranty time was over and there is always a risk for such things happen, with every product. The 2 others worked and works great, but one of them has some thermal disfunction and over time it will be quite hot.

In my last experience I ordered 3 Flash 2.0 last year in november. The delivery tooked very long, but with help of support, they where delivered to germany. Unfortunately my 3 Flash 2.0 had got damage by the long long travel over winter, so they principally worked, but with unsatisfying performance(capacity).
So it needed a very very long support communication with measurements, pictures, videos, descriptions, but I was patient enough and at the end they where sure about the damage of all 3 and send me, with my confirmation 2 Flash Pros instead and they where delivered and works really great. It's not a matter of course that I didn't have to return the damaged ones, but to be fair I had to pay an reshipping fee for the international delivering of the 2 new ones.

It needs lots of time but overall the support works great and generous. Not to forget the products are quite expensive, so I understand that they must going sure no one tries to get illegitimate advantage from support. So at the end 5 from 5 stars from me. I also ordered an Zeus over Indigogo and I'm really tense to get mine.

I have brought numerous devices from ChargeASAP. My original purchase was their magnetic charging cables.These arrived but unfortunately the magnets are not strong enough to hold the cable in reliably in my car and so I abandoned the system.

Recently I purchased a FlashPro and a Zeus charger. Both are good but not perfect. Both arrived on schedule (and both were purchased on crowdfunding sites). The FlashPro's weaknesses are in its wireless charging - I get low throughput to both my phone and my watch. The phone issue is that it will not sit flat due to the camera bulge. Since this is a new "feature" on the iPhone, which appeared after the FlashPro was designed I am fine with it. The original FlashPro has a soft cup for the Apple Watch which matched the back. The delivered version has a flat panel. The watch is held in place but charges very slowly. I still find it useful for when I do not have an Apple Watch charger handy.

The Zeus charger is an excellent charger that provides excellent power! It is small yet meets the power demand of all modern devices! The fit and finish is A1.

Got myself a Zeus USB charger through kickstarter. Bargain price for a 270W charger. I can now charge my laptop, phone, watches, powerbank and camera - all from 1 (!!) charger. That's amazing for any travel.
I'm also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the announced delivery timeframe was accurate. It's quite a rare experience for a kickstarter project.

Just received my Zeus 270W charger and it is truly inspired, even better than the already excellent Omega. Makes a lot of sense to have 3 USB C all with enough power to charge 3 laptops simultaneously while also having a lower wattage USB A port for legacy devices. I often work with two laptops side by side and either an iPad or iPhone which can all be charging simultaneously but using a single wall outlet. The OLED screen shows Amps, Volts, and Wattage flowing to each connected device which informs you about your device power needs. Truly inspired!

Bought the Omega 100W and 200W previously and now the Zeus 270W from Chargeasap.

Very happy with the well designed products and considerate details they put into these chargers.
For example, wattage table and different wattage for each port printed on the units. The ease to change the plug to different countries.

It's a great accessory to have for travelers, techies and/or people that just needed to charge everything at once.

I’ve been using their powebanks, cables and chargers for a couple of years, I’ve had to replace one powebank that didn’t work, support did an excellent work with diagnostics and the replacement!
One Infinity cable have broken probably my own fault, the other 15 I have work without any problems!
Their chargers are also excellent they just work!
I can only recommend Chargeasap!

I bought an external battery for more than $100 that never worked, it's been 5 months that I regularly relaunch the customer service which plays dead.
I might change my mind if they finally decide to answer me...

Bought the Omega 200 Watt Gan Charger that I didnt receive until 7 months later than promised from ChargeASAP. I noticed that is what running very hot charging a phone and a laptop. Why I’m writing this is because the charger caught on fire and I’m thankful I was there otherwise it could have been very bad.

I sent a note letting them know about this and I received a response with over 10 questions and within those questions there are sub questions that no one would be able to answer unless they were in a lab. The ask of ChargeASAP was to fill out this form that would easily take multiple hours, I almost got a feeling I am their Quality Assurance.

End result, my experience with Customer Support (canned response) in receiving charger 7 months late, to the Customer Support (canned response - Mylene) in replacing the charger which has resulted in NO Replacement
