James was able to fit in our survey at very short notice and the result was a very thorough, detailed report, including colour pictures, in a very quick turnaround time. James called on the day of the report to discuss his findings and also spoke with us at length after we had read the full report to answer our questions and explain it further.

James is an expert on his area. He explained the survey result to us verbally and also prepared a detailed, easy to understand report. He also answered our phone calls to ask his advice about some issues such as wall repairing, possible noise and traffic problem caused by the school near of the house.
