Without doubt, I would highly recommend Chase PMC.
Ka is a detail-minded and reliable surveyor. He videotaped what could be seen in the loft where we could not reach when viewing the house. Moreover, in the loft, he could find something which may be easily ignored and let us know how to follow the issues related. He could take the initiative to remind us how to communicate with our solicitor with the help of the survey report too. What is more, Ka is efficient. He could finish the written report with adequate photos illustrated in the proposed timeframe. Even more, Ka is very patient. He offered us an online conference and patiently answered our enquiries with strong data and his fruitful experience. Much of our worries could be resolved.
Ashley is a warm and understanding coordinator. She effectively liaised with the estate agents and tried to arrange the most suitable appointment for us.
All in all, their fantastic work is really appreciated!
For the newbies coming for Hong Kong, don't hesitate to subscribe Ka and his friends' Youtube channel '講英測量師' to know more how to view the properties and relevant issues in the UK. I found it definitely useful!

As a first time buyer, I was most impressed with the post inspection call between Ka (the surveyor) and myself. The call was really helpful for me to understand some of the important points raised in the report. The Q and A session also allowed me to ask any questions I had with the flat, some of which may go beyond the scope for a surveyor. Nevertheless, Ka was very patient and provided me with some good suggestions. Thank you Ka. Keep up the good work.

Chase PMC was very responsive when we approached them to schedule the snagging. Work even on public holiday to accommodate client's urgency. On-site survey with video for each part of the property to highlight the faults. Draft report with photos received the following day and final report the day after. Would highly recommend them to those who need snagging service.

Upon Ka conducted building survey to my property, I absolutely affirmed he is skillful & practical surveyor since he provided a fully comprehensive & detailed inspection all around the property and importantly to find out the hidden & latent defects and the root cause. He can also advise practical solution how to remedy/resolve it if purchased and how to bargain owner before purchase. Furthermore, his team, Ashley, can well coordinate the survey appointment in very short period. It is more efficiently. This is my 2nd finding surveyor & read more surveyor’s report. I find no one is better than him & his team but not expensive. I will keep using him if I buy further property in future.
