I recently had the opportunity to use the Level 2 survey service provided by Ka. I was impressed with his efficiency and professionalism. He answered with my questions promptly and addressed my concerns.

The service is outstanding for sure. We have actually used their service twice, both in checking terraced house in Twickenham.

regarding the first property, they precisely figure out a list of defects which need serious attention. We eventually pull out from the purchase after assessing the issues. The report is very comprehensive and points out accurately the risks to be considered.

We quickly find out that the issues should be real and legitimate. how? well, we are living in the same district which takes 5 min walk from my existing home to the seller home only. We note that they have already started some kind of construction/remedy works lol.

Ka is a experienced surveyor, prepare a comprehensive report with good explanation to us.
If Ka can revise Item H of the report Issues for your legal advisers to include elements that require urgent attention would be good for us and solicitor. I appreciate his great effort to check the property, but a comprehensive and concise report recording his finding and recommendations to user is most important.

I am glad to have Ka as my surveyor for my detached house in England. Ka as well as Ashley performed themselves very responsible and professionally. In my opinion, I am highly recommend RICS CHASE PMC Ltd due to the following reasons:
Firstly, as I am not in England and being a foreign buyer, I was relieved from anxiety after I invited Ka as my surveyor. We are closely connected by Whatsapp and he explained to me every working process clearly and told me the important issues which I have to put more alert after the inspection. These were very important especially for the buyer who was the first time to buy a property abroad in England.
Secondly, not only on the day of the site inspection but also shortly after the report completed by Ka, he reported me the property situation very clear and pointed out what should I have to pay more cocerns if purchasing the property. He arranged a well-organised video conference to explain the Surveying report page by page. Moreover, he also used the other means of multi-media such as voice, text message video and photos for updating me the initial sight-observation of the property.
Shortly after a week of onsite inspection, Ka provided me with a detailed RICS Home Survey Report which could help me to have more consideration either to continue the transaction or to follow up actions and renovation of the property after the completion of the purchase.
