Harry was the most amazing cat sitter! It was our first time using one, and so understandably quite nervous. We didn’t need to be! Harry kept us up to date twice a day with photos and updates of our cat babies. He was honestly the best! So much so, I think our cats now prefer him to us 😂 We will 100% be getting Harry again in the future. Also a big thank you to Michelle for her amazing communication and for sorting out getting Harry for us, with not much notice!

We had a fantastic experience using Chatty Cats Care. We have a young kitten, who we were nervous to leave for the first time, and Michelle totally put us at ease. She’s so thorough and professional and you can tell has a genuine passion for caring for animals. She’s offered us some great advice and provided regular updates with photos over the course of the weekend. Our small kitten had a great time and we were able to completely relax whilst we were away. We have already enquired about our next booking ☺️

First time using this service and was worried about leaving my adopted rescue cat that I had only had for three months but it all went wonderfully well. Cat sitter Liz provided excellent care and sent regular updates, would definitely use again and recommend.

Michelle was an amazing cat sitter. She kindly accepted our booking at the last minute, which was such a relief, and from the start gave us complete confidence that our cat was in great hands. She looked after our cat wonderfully, giving her plenty of attention and care.

We really appreciated the regular updates including photos and even a little vlog which helped us feel connected while we were away. It was clear that Michelle genuinely loves cats and takes pride in making sure they’re happy and comfortable.

Finally we have found someone and we need to relying on family and friends.

Really unpleasant experience with the manager of this company - would not recommend the service

Chattycatscare were absolutely excellent. It was the first time I've used a service like this and I'm delighted I did. My cat isn't the most sociable but the brilliant Marika was firm friends with him in no time. I received lots of videos and messages which I really appreciated. This is a service that truly loves and cares for cats.

Really great service from Michelle to set everything up, and lovely cat sitters in Yabei and Nadia. Thoroughly recommend.

This was a very negative experience.
I was looking for someone to take care of my cats.
The owner claimed that filling in a booking form with dates was the same as a legally binding contract, which it is not.
I took legal advice which stopped the daily emails saying I had to pay.
The owner kept challenging my honest review.
Do not use.
There are much better firms out there.
Also, you have 14 days to cancel a contract (which this was not).

I couldn’t recommend this cat sitting service more highly.

Michelle and her team — especially the wonderful Yabei — looked after my two cats, Puma and Rudy, with exceptional care, dedication and affection while I was away for a family emergency. From the very first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of my pets.

I received daily updates with photos and videos that clearly showed how relaxed, happy and well cared for my cats were. It was such a relief to know that they were not only safe, but truly content in my absence — something every pet owner hopes for but rarely finds.

The peace of mind they gave me during such a difficult time was absolutely priceless. I will definitely be using their services again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and loving care for their pets.

This was my first time using Chatty Cats Care, as both my sister and I were traveling at the same time. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything was handled from start to finish. My pet sitter, Jenny, reached out via WhatsApp to schedule an initial meeting, where she took the time to get to know my cats and understand their routine.

Throughout the entire time, I received daily updates with photos and detailed info, which really put my mind at ease. A huge thank you to Jenny for her incredible care and to Michelle for creating such a fantastic service for us cat lovers. I wholeheartedly recommend Chatty Cats Care—1000/10! We have used Chatty Cats a few times now with an excellent experience every booking. Michelle is a great professional with quick and kind communication to organize the visits. Our sitter Helen has been delightful and leaves us feeling reassured. Our cat is left stress-free and we are able to enjoy a holiday with photo and video updates. It really is a no brainer choosing this option over others and I would highly recommend Chatty Cats to anyone.

I reached out to a number of cat sitting companies ahead of my holiday and Chatty Cats Care immediately stood out as the one I needed to use. Michelle answered every silly question I had and gave me reassuring, professional and timely responses, which was priceless as an anxious pet owner. The process for booking a sitter is seamless and my assigned sitter Sarah was kind and friendly from the outset. She was very patient with both my questions and my shy cat - she went totally above and beyond during the 10 days she stayed in my home. She sent photos and updates every morning, which made me feel really reassured. It was absolutely amazing to come home after a long and tiring trip to an immaculate flat and a very happy, well cared for cat. I cannot thank the team at Chatty Cats Care enough and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Initially, everything seemed fine. I used the booking form, got my sitter confirmed and set up the initial meet and greet. However I don’t really have anything positive to say after that sadly.
The sitter allocated to us had to be changed, which wasn’t a problem at all, but the new sitter failed to get in contact without me having to prompt her through the owner. I again set up the meet and greet, which the cat sitter didn’t show up for. After I messaged her, we rearranged to meet a couple of hours later than the original time. Not the best experience but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. On the day of the overnight sit, I hadn’t heard anything from the sitter, so messaged at 10pm only to find they hadn’t even arrived yet! My cat had been alone for hours and her feeding time had been missed, and I now had someone staying in my home that I clearly couldn’t trust as I’d had to prompt them to do their job every step of the way.
I emailed the owner and got a pretty decent response back, offering 10% off a future booking, but the whole experience did mean I wasn’t comfortable using Chatty Cats Care again. Fine, I was happy to draw a line under it and didn’t leave a negative review at the time out of respect for how helpful and nice the owner had seemed at the time.
Here’s where it gets even worse - by chance, a friend had been looking at Chatty Cats Care’s instagram researching possible cat sitters not realising this was the one I’d used. They found a picture of my cat had been posted a couple of weeks after this had all gone down. This really upset me, as surely it’s common sense not to use pictures from a cat sit that went so badly to promote your business? I then messaged to ask this be removed as I wasn’t comfortable with this. I had to message a couple of times and write a comment before I got a response, and all I got back was “yes I will remove it this was posted a long time ago” - no apology and just excuses.
Even worse than that, the owner hasn’t removed the post but decided to restrict me from seeing posts on the Instagram page instead. Weird and petty behaviour from a business owner, it takes seconds to delete a post you never should have made in the first place. To the owner, when you read this, please just delete the post from Instagram, Facebook and anywhere else it might be.

Edit following response: just to clear things up for anyone reading it, I obviously had no issue with photos being used before the poor experience I had, but as stated thought it would be common sense not to then go ahead and use any photos after this. And the ‘offending’ comment I wrote on the post that got me restricted was to ask that my DM was read - not a complaint, not inappropriate and I was going to delete the comment afterwards too. And for anyone wondering, the posts of my cat STILL haven’t been removed.

Michelle was recommended to me through a friend of a friend when I was heading out of town. I have three cats with varying needs. George has asthma, Freddie requires a lot of attention, and Nancy is aggressive. Michelle assured me that she could handle them. When Michelle came for orientation at my house I was instantly put at ease by her congenial nature and ability to understand each cat and their needs.

She is a true cat whisperer. My cat Nancy has previously attacked other cat sitters, but with Michelle by the end of the week Nancy ate a treat from her hand.

I was gone for over a week and Michelle sent update and was responsive. She also brought in a package for me which was above and beyond. I've already booked with her for my upcoming travel, as I know she can be counted on. I would definitely recommend this service. All three of my kitties were happy as was I.

Michelle, aka The Cat Whisperess, is truly amazing! I have two 10-month-old cats, Domino and Luna, with very different personalities—Domino is anxious, while Luna is super relaxed. Somehow, Michelle instantly bonded with both of them, which is no small feat!

Her patient and loving approach helped Domino feel safe and calm, while Luna was her usual playful self, completely at ease. Michelle seemed to instinctively understand what each of them needed and treated them like her own. She also kept me updated with photos and detailed updates, which made me feel so reassured while I was away.

It was easy to make a booking for a catsitter. I got a response pretty promptly then a cat sitter contacted me.
Mysha,looked after my cat with lot of care and patient. My cat is easily scared and at the end of the 3 days,Norman my cat was rubbing himself and much less scared. Over the 3 days,I got daily photos and updates. I will use Chatty Cat Care again as I feel more confident to leave my cat and go on holiday. Mysha is very caring and easy to get on. Lovely service.
