I had an excellent experience with Chatty Cat Care. It was very easy to book visits and Michelle responded very quickly. It can be so difficult to find a cat sitter, so I was delighted to find a reliable business that specialises in just that. Michelle is wonderful with cats and I felt confident to leave the cats in her care. She sent me updates, photos, and videos of them everyday. I will be using Chatty Cat Service from now on!

We needed trustworthy and dependable cat sitter at short notice, owing to a family emergency, and Michelle really came to our aid. Michelle was also the only one of several cat care providers we contacted who came back to us - each time promptly and unambiguously - with a positive response, which really put our minds at rest. Thankyou.

Simon is an indoor-only rescue cat, and only recently adopted; we were quite anxious as to his boundaries and safety. We needn’t have worried, because Rosanna took the best care of Simon, and followed our instructions to the letter. Rosanna sent messages - along with some gorgeous pictures - each time she visited Simon, and we arrived home to be greeted by a happy and confident cat.

I can’t recommend Chatty Cats care enough. Michelle was really great in terms of organising everything and Sara was the person who took care of my cats on an overnight stay and she did great. My cats probably weren’t the most easy to care for because they both recovered from utis shortly before I went away so they required a lot of care in terms of supplements, meds and adding liquids to their food, etc and Sara did really great! I got daily updates and they seemed really happy and relaxed when I came back. I’ll definitely be using Chatty cats care again when I go away. Thank you! 😊

Chatty cats is highly recommend. It was very easy to request and book for Kim to look after Billy our cat whilst we were on Holiday. Kim was amazing and Billy loved her. We had daily photos and txt and felt so comfortable knowing that she was looking after Billy so well. Totally trustworthy and so lucky to have found chatty cats. Very professional company and highly recommended.

What can I say...we're those extra cat-dads who are constantly worried about their cat-babies when on holiday. It was easy during covid as we traveled less but now that we're out and about again, chattycatscare has been an absolute godsend!!!
Super professional and extremely(!!!) responsive with any requests. And our catsitter was exactly the same. Really took on exactly what we needed for reassurance, played with our kitties, took incredible care of them and gave us regular(!!) updates. It made for a fab weekend break away for us and now we've booked up for the rest of year know our cat-babies are comfortable, exercised, fed and watered and most all happy. No issues when we got back and goes to show how well they were taken care of. Super super service and very highly recommend this company! :)

We have used Chatty Cats Care twice now and both have been excellent experiences. Both Ramla and Yabei were absolutely fantastic. We had put our cat in the cattery previously when we went away, but she seemed to really dislike it so we thought we'd try something different. In terms of cost it was about the same or maybe less than the cattery, so definitely good value for money.

Ramla and Yabei were quick to get in touch and were very responsive to our messages. They were very accommodating of our requests, when we asked for daily pictures they sent through photos and videos of them playing with our cat. They also helped with other things, like bringing in the post, which was really useful. It's also nice to know that someone is in to check that your home is alright.

Our cat seemed so much happier being in her own space with a visitor, and when we got home she was completely settled. We wouldn't go back to using a cattery again after the really positive experiences that we have had with Chatty Cats Care.

In summary, it's a great company. Having a catsitter much better for our cat, is less stressful for going away, and is absolutely cost effective. We really strongly recommend it to anyone with a cat.

In the past month I wanted to try cat sitting for the first time since I moved to London and I wasn't sure what to expect or if my cats would be OK with it. As soon as I got in contact with Chatty Cats Care, I realised I was in good hands. The cat sitter came home to personally meet the cats and their needs and during the cat sitting period, they sent pictures and daily updates that leave every cat parent at ease. I made the bold decision of hiring it for 3 weeks (we had a long trip) and it was the BEST experience. We arrived home and our two cats were in perfect state, totally comfy and taken care of. I couldn't recommend the service more! ❤️

Easter holidays was the first time we'd ever used a professional cat sitter. It wasn't working out previously with a neighbour who would call me often while I was away if she couldn't get one of our cats in or if she had trouble parking. I'd then be worried and couldn't relax.

But Isobel from Chatty Cats was amazing! With regular photos and updates on my cats both morning and evening, everything went swimmingly, and she clearly formed a bond with them both, as I'm sure they did with her judging by the photos! My cats love company which makes it very hard when it comes to leaving them. But with Isobel coming over at exactly the set times and spending some time with them I didn't have to worry at all.

In my experience, the professionalism of Chatty Cats was preferable to a informal arrangement with a neighbour as they followed my instructions to a tee and took all the responsibility without any worry. I will DEFINITELY be using Chatty Cats when we go away at any time in the future.

We’ve used Chatty Cats Care twice now and found them to be extremely professional and very caring to our nervous rescue cat. They send photos and videos of each visit, which really helped to put our minds at rest. We will be using them again and definitely recommend.

It was not easy finding a reliable Cat Sitting Company and it was a blessing that Chatty Cats Care practically dropped on my lap during my frantic search! The lovely cat sitter Mysha looked after my 2 shy and unsocialable cats! Beanie could not resist a lady touch and came out of hiding after day 1 whilst on day 4, Mysha won the trust of the play hard to get kitty Bubbles !
They were very vocal when I got home telling me their experiences and asking for treats as Mysha rewarded them with good behaviours!
Mysha also updated me daily with videos, photos and texts !
I received the best cat sitter service from Chatty Cats Care and I shall use them again in the future!

We have used Chatty Cats to care for our cat three times now and been happy with the service each time. The cat sitters have all been caring and professional, and sent a lot of photos and videos. They took time to interact with our cat and really spent time cuddling her on the visits each time they came. We were anxious about leaving our cat but she was well cared for and clearly loved the cat sitter! We will definitely use the service again.

Chattycats are really excellent. The cat-sitter looked after my cat very well and sent me a photo, and update every day. My cat was very relaxed and happy when I got home - which confirms to me that he was well looked after

Chatty Cats care looked after Millie so well whilst I was away. My cat sitter Alex was wonderful, she came round to meet Millie and to find out about her routine. I received updates and pictures of Millie which helped me relax and enjoy my holiday, knowing Millie was looked after and being kept company.
I also managed to book someone over Christmas at short notice, which was amazing!

What a brilliant experience! From my initial enquiry with Michelle, the lovely Ramla coming to visit us before we went on holiday to her visiting our beautiful cat India every day, our experience with Chatty Cats has been wonderful. From the outset Michelle instilled confidence. My husband & I could see during the introductory meeting that she's a real cat person and our wee bebe would be in safe hands.
Plenty of photos and updates meant less worrying while we were away and coming home he was calm and relaxed - no mean feat for a skittish nervous puss puss. Would have no hesitation calling on Chatty Cat services again
