Cheffins  レビュー

Great service and a smooth transaction with information updated regularly

Dealing with clients in a personal, honest manner. I felt that my 'problem' was considered important. It really does make a difference. Thank you.

Big shout out to team Cheffins, Saffron Walden Office, especially Rhia who kept me calm when pre exchange of Contracts kept being delayed. Would highly recommend Cheffins if you are selling your property.

Because we love period properties and wanted to live in Linton, and had a budget to stick to.. we knew it was going to be a stressful time, as few properties like this are available. We found one we liked, but it needed renovation, at first we didn't want the work! But then decided it was the one for us. All in all the sale and purchase took getting on one year. Judith Roberts at Cheffins in Saffron Walden was very helpful. Importantly - Rhia and all the team did all they could to help me with the stress of it all. Thank you Saffron Walden Cheffins!

I recently moved into a property which was being sold through Cheffins, Saffron Walden. Special thanks to Rhia Archard who went above and beyond her duty and was super kind along the way.

Very professional, great levels of customer service, nothing was too much trouble, and always went that extra mile to offer assistance.

First time buyer + great quick timelines from offer accepted to completion. Leila was such a great help :)
Thanks so much!

We have been tenants of a property managed by Cheffins Newmarket for almost 8 years. From the beginning until the end, it has been a flawless experience. Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything.
I strongly recommend this agency. If you take care of the property, there will be no issues.

I contacted Cheffins the other day about a water leak in the property that I rent through them. I was amazed that, just 3 hours later, a plumber was at the property, diagnosed the fault and suggested ways to remediate it pending a full repair. Needless to say, I'm delighted! This is, however, typical of my experience with Cheffins so far -- a very good company, in my opinion.

Cheffins were supportive and efficient throughout my house sale transaction. They have a large and well coordinated team meaning that someone was always available to help. Their information provision and communications to me by the sales negotiator team were always good and the relevant director was available for discussion when needed. They also took full account of difficult market conditions in keeping me informed.

We are renting a property through Cheffins, Teresa and Ellie have been fantastic, so helpful and professional throughout. Would certainly recommend!

We’ve just exchanged on the sale of our home through Cheffins and we’re so grateful for all the help and support Leila gave us along the way. Selling a house can be stressful at times, but Leila was always reassuring, approachable and incredibly responsive. She kept us updated at every stage and worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving smoothly towards exchange.

We genuinely felt she cared about getting the best outcome for us, and that made all the difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leila and the team at Cheffins.

Friendly, professional and helpful throughout a difficult purchasing process. Leila went above and beyond to help us - she was always clear and supportive.

Excellent service from Holly and Leila in particular.

The whole team at Cheffins did a great job with selling our property keeping us in the loop all the time. A big thank you to Kirstie at Cheffins for going above and beyond helping get our house sale over the line, without her it could have easily fallen through!

Cheffins Ely have been Awesome. Joe, Neave, Dan, and everyone there, have been So professional, helpful, and caring. Excellent communication, and advice, and so sensitive to my dad's death. They have all been such a support, and have done an Amazing job. So grateful.

This is the fourth time we’ve used Cheffins when moving house, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. From the kick off and valuation with Max, to the viewings, negotiations and progression with Rhia and Judith, the whole experience was top class. All my queries were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. And when things got bumpy with the chain towards the end, Rhia dealt with it all in a calm, professional manner. If you’re looking for a sensible, knowledgable, highly experienced estate agent, give Cheffins a call.

Unfortunately, I had to pull out of a purchase at the last minute, due to family issues, but I was Very impressed with Cheffins staff generally and Steve Banham in particular. He was very professional, but friendly at the same time. Plus helpful and understanding too. Clearly, they are a good team, who work well together and I will definitely be looking to them in future to sell a property. Thank you.

I recently bought my first house through cheffins, the team were so lovely and kept me updated throughout the process. They helped me understand what was next and explained everything I needed clearly

We found Cheffins and especially Rhia to be excellent. We accepted an offer on our house in less than 1 week and despite the some challenges of an old barn/thatched roof we have just exchanged in 10 weeks. Rhia was so polite, calm and professional and really did do a superb job. Even prior to our sale we viewed some houses who were selling with Cheffins. They were always helpful and willing to let us look round the properties even though we didn't even have our house of the market yet (unlike a very well known estate agent that wouldn't let us even view their houses until we had a offer on our house). Really a great team and we are very impressed with the service they provided.
