Absolutely shocking customer service and what feels like a scam of a business.

I cancelled my order immediately after placing it because the delivery window was much later than expected. I received an email confirming that my cancellation was accepted and that my refund would be processed straight away.

Seven weeks later, I’m still chasing my money. Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same generic response: “I’m very sorry for the delay in processing your refund. I understand how frustrating this must be, and I appreciate your patience.” Despite countless emails, nothing has been resolved.

At this point, it genuinely feels like they never intended to refund me. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.

Paid for next delivery item was late they said it lost they will refund me. That was 24th June still no refund and chi chi customer service stopped replying to me. Never again which is a shame as i love their clothing.

This company has gone bust again!

Reem Clothing who own this brand has gone its liquidation and therefore do not buy anything from this brand as you will be unlikely to actually recieve it or get a refund if need be.

Scammers. I ordered a dress. Came to over £70. After 2 weeks I got in touch to see where it was and was told the warehouse had moved recently so they were having issues getting orders out... But that it should be with me soon..another 2 weeks went by. Told them to just cancel and refund as it clearly wasn't coming. They said they would. Got no refund. They said they had issues with their payment provider. The oldest trick in the book. When I have just tried to chase again I have been blocked from their emails and their phone number doesn't work. I have had to request a refund through my bank instead. After seeing all these reviews I wish I had also looked at this first. Complete scam. Do not buy from here.

Awful company, do not buy from them! Ordered from the site and after waiting 10 days and no order dispatched emailed to cancel the order, then they sent it out. Wanted to return immediately but returns portal not working. Returned via inpost and contacted them 2 weeks later asking where the refund was, they stated they hadn't received the return but promised a refund on receipt of the proof they had received the return into their warehouse. Refund not received 7 days later so I have opened a case with my credit card to claim the money back. They take days to answer any emails and no telephone number to ring. Just avoid!

Returned £211 worth of dresses immediately as did not fit returns portal down and was provided with returns address to send back and there now claiming they haven't received the items and refusing to refund. Do not order from this company

I ordered two dresses which were lovely but unfortunately didn't fit. I started to try the return process in May and started with the error message saying that my order number wasn't found. I then emailed and was provided with a returns address which I then paid for the return to. After 4 weeks I emailed again as hadn't received any communication or refund. I was told that my order had been received and that a refund would be processed with 7 days. Two weeks later I emailed again and was told that they were having temporary issues with their payment provider and i would get an email when my refund had been processed. Another two weeks down the line and there is still no refund and no responses to any of my messages. I have done a chargebank through my bank and hope to get the funds back that way.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! I MADE MY ORDER ON THE 12TH JULY AND IT STILL HASNT EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED YET AND NO CLEAR DATE GIVEN BY CHICHI THEY DONT KNOW THEY SAID THEY ARE MOVING WAREHOUSE. ALL EXCUSES ! I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER SINCE I DONT NEED IT ANYMORE THEY IGNORED ME.

Been waiting 2 months for a refund, poor communication, will never order from them again - been so much hassle, taken up so much of my time trying to get my refund

Placed an order paid for express next day delivery, contacted them when they didn’t turn up they said they had issues in the warehouse for getting orders dispatched, dresses turned up 2 weeks later. Contacted them to return they said they had a problem with their returns portal and couldn’t issue me a return label, I was told to put a note in with the parcel to explain the items that were being returned and they said to return the items with the cheapest postal option, however I paid £22 for next day tracked and insured as I wanted them to get it back as quickly as possible so they couldn’t say they hadn’t received it, I then contacted them
About my refund which I was told to allow 14 days… 5 weeks have now passed numerous emails sent to them and still no refund, all they say is they’ve escalated it again to the refund department and they will get it issued as soon as possible but they can’t do anything else… wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Terrible service Returned 2 items on 21 May for a refund via Evri. It's 19 July and still no refund despite providing proof of the return and numerous contacts with the company which I have initiated. Constantly told there are technical issues. Happy to take your money (no technical issues there) but when it comes to returning items and refunding your money suddenly they are plagued with technical issues and nothing os working except apologies. No more excuses just give me back my money.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on 10th July, and today is the 17th. I have had no dispatch notification, email, or any update on why it has been delayed or why it hasn’t been dispatched. In this day and age, there’s no reason for customers not to be kept informed about their orders. I will not use this company again. I have requested a full refund. I will up date on how smoothly this process goes.

This retailers customer service journey is DIABOLICAL. Their returns Portal doesn't work or is "having issues at the moment".
I eventually had one of many emails reply to me with a return address, which I paid Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.
I have proof of delivery on the 7th July and I have yet to receive an acknowledgement of my return.
I have sent over 10 emails providing proof of my returned delivery and I am now extremely annoyed that I have no communication from this retailer.
£198 pounds for 2 dresses. I NEED MY REFUND!

AVOID. No item received, with no reply for a week. They finally replied and claimed to offer a refund. No refund received. No response again. Had to contact my backs fraud team.

AVOID!!! I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I purchased a dress and never received it. After placing my order, I had to send five separate emails just to get an update on where my parcel was. When I finally received a response, I was told they were experiencing technical issues with their email system and that my parcel had been lost in transit. I was assured that a full refund would be processed within 2–5 days.
That was over two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for my money.
After chasing them again, I have now been told that they are experiencing technical issues with their payment provider, which is supposedly delaying my refund. Yet again, there is no indication of when I will actually receive my money.

Avoid this company at all costs. I would not recommend them to anyone

I recently purchased a dress from Chi Chi at the beginning of May and when I went to return it, they said their refund portal was down. So I sent it back to their head office with proof of return. However two months later and still no refund. I can see from other comments that this is a regular occurrence with the company, and absolutely awful customer service and experience. I will never use the company again and still await my refund. This cannot continue to be allowed to happen.

Do not use this company. I purchased a dress in May... it arrived with sleeves so long it was unsuitable.
Firstly, I was unable to raise a return on their website, received an error message. Then after contacting them i returned the item. No refund. Then after contacting them and sending the requested proof of postage etc, still excuses that didn't make sense were given as to not receiving my refund. 8 weeks later I still do not have my refund, its clear that they arent going to refund me and I have had to raise a dispute with my bank. I will never use this company again.

Ordered a dress on 17th June. Still being “prepared” after 3 weeks! My brothers wedding in two days I have no dress!!!!

Awful Customer service not had any reply’s to any emails. There phone number online when you dial no longer exists!

Scammers taken my money and not even sent the product. Will be contacting action fraud.

Everything about this company is a red flag!
The communication was shocking. There was no time frame to get back to you. Just hit and hope they reply.
My order never even left the depot according to the tracking.
3 weeks an multiple emails, Facebook, instagram, TikTok messages later I finally got a message saying they’ll declare it as lost in transit… 2 days before the wedding I needed it for!

Do not use this company. Don’t waste your time or effort.
