Engineering responded really quickly to a request to send Andy the engineer on a Saturday who did a superb job for us.
Engineering responded really quickly to a callout for an Engineer on Saturday to reset our alarm system and write up the Intrusion Incident Report following a break-in early Thursday morning.
The Central Monitoring contacted us really quickly to tell us of the break-in.
Only downside was that Central Monitoring was meant to automatically contact the Police but did not. I called our Keyholding service who quickly came to the house and called me. I asked them to call the Police who came quickly as well.

usual maintenance check of system
The Chubb engineer arrived as planned and carried out the annual maintenance inspection and corrected a fault that prevented the system being set every time. An unexpected problem was the outside bell was not working but he has promised to return to deal with this later.

We called Chubb as our ring circuit…
We called Chubb as our ring circuit went down within 3 hrs and engineer came and sorted the problem out.
A very nice helpful man and a credit to British Gas.
If you want quality and Service it has got to be British Gas.

CCTV installation
Poor communication, unannounced visits, massive delays, CCTV cameras not set up correctly despite what the engineer told me.
Good experience with the senior engineer who came to visit but that's it.
