cant come when they are supposed to
cant come when they are supposed to, problem explained on the phone and correction required and they do nothing apart from phone late and leave a message, normal chubb process. Poor customer management and support and difficult to get hold of

Excellent service
The engineer was early, but rang to see if was OK to come, which it was. Did a good job checking all the sensors. We had a baby asleep in the house and he was very respectful. Full marks for Mohammed.

We had an amazing service with Mark…
We had an amazing service with Mark Tilly who was booked for fire extinguisher service yesterday.
He found our defibrillator wasn't rescue ready and the following day he bought in a new one and now we are sorted for our ILS training.
