Easy process to book service date with the customer service centre and our regular engineer Gary Smith turned up on the agreed date and time and carried out the service with no interruption to the other activities taking place on the sports ground that day. Gary is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable engineer who is a pleasure to work with. We find it very beneficial having the same regular engineer as Gary knows the layout of the premises and the location of all the sensors and detectors installed. We have been customers for many years and have always found Chubb to be approachable and efficient. A big plus is that there is always someone on the end of the telephone to answer queries. Appointments are well organised and on time. Several engineers have visited to conduct servicing over the years and they have been extremely thorough.
