The customer service is fantastic. This is my 2nd Chupi order and the process has been so efficient and the staff were so lovely every step. Can’t wait to receive my order 😊

This was one of the nicest purchacing experineces I have had in a long time. I was dealing with a really sweet girl called Mollie. She made the whold experence run very smooth. I was informed all the time of the status of my purchace, and she even pulled a few stringes to get a lighter colloured dimond in the ring which was an added bonous. Thank you all for your help and support.

The staff at Chupi went above and beyond recently to help me with a chupi piece I lost. Mollie was so helpful and understanding, I couldn’t speak more highly of the whole chupi team!

I purchased my engagement ring from Chupi and was very impressed at the whole process. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the person who helped us at the appointment in the Dublin store but she was very helpful, put together a collection of rings based on the style I was interested in, and then waited patiently while I agonised over them all. I later contacted customer services and Nadia was able to expedite the ring for collection when I was next in Dublin which meant I didn't have to worry about it in the post. Mollie in customer services was also very helpful in setting up a discount on wedding bands as it was bought during the offer window.
On top of the excellent customer services, probably most importantly the ring is really beautiful- I had been looking at rings for a few weeks before this and everything was starting to look the same. The attention to detail in the band is probably what stands out to me compared to other jewellers.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I got a necklace from my boyfriend 2 years ago, which I wear every single day and love so much. It had turned a little bit bronze-ish. I was going to Dublin for holidays, so I checked with Chupi in advance to see if I could bring it into their store to see what they could do to clean it up. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They send my piece back to the Atelier to get cleaned up and replated so it would look like new. I also don't live in Ireland anymore and they were so accommodating in sending it abroad free of charge. Absolute impeccable service and amazingly beautiful pieces of jewellery. Special call out to Maria for providing such great customer experience.

I ordered the midi disc necklace with an initial. Initially FedEx lost my package but right when I got in touch with Chupi customer service they took over and launched an investigation. They even went ahead and sent me a replacement, which came very quickly while they dealt with the other order on their end. They also made sure to communicate with me every step of the way even ensuring that I received the necklace when it was marked as delivered. I will never take the necklace off- it is dainty and beautiful- perfect for everyday. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you!

I have both bought for others and received a number of pieces from Chupi and am thrilled with every single one of them. I have dealt before with chupi team when we first purchased our wedding rings and they were so nice and accommodate then and now, Chupi team always goes above and beyond. We had to repurchasing my Husband rings since he lost it on the sea, and everything when so smoothly and pain free, they also provide us with a complementary discount which is always welcome and appreciated. Thanks Sarah and Sorcha for all the help, this really means a lot to us, being able to get our precious token of love back.

I had an online consultation with Jane last week. I wasn’t sure what to expect I had really wanted to visit in person but I was so impressed with my online visit. Jane was amazing and the quality of the pieces were clearly visible with the cameras. I had a very good idea of what piece I wanted to buy but couldn’t believe that I changed my mind during the consultation and was absolutely drawn to another piece. I’m delighted that I purchased my piece today, the staff I some to were so helpful and nice. My experience was super and very impressive. Thank you. I can’t wait to receive my piece. X

Absolutely amazing customer service from the very first communication. We had a credit card gift Xmas voucher from my husbands work place which didn’t cover the entire order. We made contact with Chupi to ask what to do as we couldn’t use 2 different cards when trying to pay. Mollie couldn’t have been more helpful - back with a solution and a link to complete the order the following day. Ordered and delivered on Xmas week which was much faster than expected - it was lovely to have a beautifully presented box to open on Xmas day. Love the white gold midi disc chain and can’t wait to add the final initial once our new baby gets here! Thanks Mollie and Chupi for everything.

I just love Chupi’s work.
I have bought two lovely pieces now.
The first, a solid gold crescent moon which I believe is discontinued. It was a first anniversary present for my wife who is Turkish so the crescent moon obviously is significant to her. She loves it and has never taken it off once since I gave it to her.
The second, is a more recent purchase. I bought “to the moon and back” for my daughter’s birthday. I haven’t given it to her yet, but I know she will love it.
Can’t fault anything about the experience. Nice, unique and unusual pieces, beautifully presented in their packaging. Very fast delivery times.
Customer service is also quite something. On the second piece I had made a small error in the “greeting/note and was able to use their chat function to speak with a human who corrected the mistake there and then.
5/5 for this Jeweller. My only gripe, Chupi does not seem to make jewellery for men.
