Beautiful
I received a gift of the North Star signet ring earlier this year and I can't explain how thrilled I am with this beautiful ring. It's my fourth Chupi piece and I am just loving the little collection I have built, they are so unique and beautiful.
The ring is so petite I can hardly feel it on my finger.
Chupi's customer service is beyond amazing, I will definitely shop here again.

Amazing customer service
The customer service was OFF THE CHARTS! I have never had such good customer service, they have gone above and beyond, getting me the exact engagement ring that i wanted before my partner has to leave the country for 6 months!!! Just...I love them so much right now!!! (it was Kate in customer service who made actual magic happen!)

A pleasure to do business with
My boyfriend treated me to the Stars in the Sky three diamond necklace for a very special birthday. It was even more beautiful in real life than on the website. I was so in love with it when I received it that I treated myself to the North Star signet ring to compliment it. Customer service was the best I have ever experienced and the packaging is out of this world. Thank you for making a special birthday even more special x

Tarnished and blackened silver
I got a gift of a silver bracelet. When I took it out of the box the 'Chupi' disc was tarnished and blackened...it looked very cheap and tatty.
I contacted customer services to see whether they could send me a disc replacement. They said NO and instead sent me instructions for polishing silver!!!!
The cleaning made no difference and still they wold not send a replacement disc.
very bad company to deal with when you have a problem.
