Divyanshu provided amazing support, and I was needing help with the demo version. I didn't expect to receive such good support without a paid license. Divyanshu was knowledgeable and spent considerable time helping me navigate the MBOX viewer and the MBOX converter programs so that I could succeed with my task.

Works as it says on the tin, I suppose. I installed and started the process. The titles of several thousands of e-mails flashed by, which I recognise from years ago. My aim was to be able to view any and all of those e-mails. About 2500 altogether.

However Thunderbird would no way let me see those e-mails. The view let me see no more than about 50. The rest remained mysteriously invisible in "Recovered folders" and somesuch. Most mysterious are a somewhat higher number, but only visible as a number against a white background. Perhaps something to do with a remnant of the free trial version which only allows 50 or so conversions? Although I did fully uninstall that. If I don't get to get all my mails in the end I'll take that up with Cigati.

This is no doubt a Thunderbird issue, so no blame to Cigati PST converter, which has done, as I said, what it says on the tin, more or less. I should mention though, because Cigati don't, that you have to purchase the full more than 250 Euro version to be able to try to import into Thunderbird, otherwise the option is not available. And for each run you have to keep resetting the path to store etc. everywhere to what you want rather than the microsoft default.

So giving it a 5 out of 10. It appears to be the only Thunderbird import tool that actually works at all.

Abhay was extremely helpful and we went through the steps together by sharing my screen on Teams. We transferred emails from an MBox file to PST using the Cigati app and then imported them into Outlook (had to revert to the Legacy version which is easy). He was very patient and clear in his instructions.

Wanted to combine 3.25GB of my mom's old .pst files from 4 into 1 while getting her Outlook setup on a new Mac so she could still have an archive of everything even though Macs don't use .pst
First, I accidentally bought a PC license when I needed a Mac one. A nice customer service agent named something like Divyanpour?? (I never got the emailed chat transcript to verify, sorry) got me the right license hooked up right away.
I was concerned about preserving all the folders just as my mom had them so I used the Join feature instead of Merge and that seems to have done just what I wanted.

I recently downloaded a software program to salvage emails from one domain to our new Google workspace. This was way above my paygrade. I clicked on the live chat button which was integrated into the software. I was concerned this was not going to work as it was a Saturday. Sure enough, within minutes I was assisted in a way I could not have imagined and now I am able to flawlessly perform this task for the other email accounts. A++

I recently purchased and tried using the Cigati EPUB to PDF converter software and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Several issues arose during my use:

1. **File Conversion Failures**: Many of the files I attempted to convert either failed completely or resulted in incomplete conversions as the software crashed.
2. **Missing Content in Converted Files**: For the files that did convert, significant portions were missing, rendering the PDFs unusable.

Additionally, the 30-day money-back guarantee proved to be ineffective. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via email, I received no response. Conversations with the technical team through chat were unhelpful, as they couldn't resolve the issues and promised a follow-up from the sales team for a refund, which never happened.

This lack of response and failure to honor their refund policy severely undermined my trust. It appears that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company, and they do not seem interested in building lasting relationships with their customers. Their failure to adhere to their stated values is deeply disappointing.

In conclusion, I would advise against investing your time or money in this product or company. They do not fulfill their promises, and their customer service is unresponsive once they have your money.
