Ranjan  Kumar has been able to get my software operating and explained a few things that we not obvious in instruction to me. The program is still running through a clean out of emails and I assume that it will work fully.
Communication with Ranjan was fast, easy to follow and precise.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shubham- He was patient and informative and extremely helpful- without him I never would have purchased the product because I simply needed his help to get this done.

Cigati VHDX Recovery got me out of a serious jam. I was able to recover a SQL server database backup from a corrupted Hyper-V file. Even more amazing, though, is that I purchased the software and was able to speak with a representative to get it activated at midnight EST!

Had issues configuring and found their online help EXTREMELY GOOD (Example finding out how to use the Gmail one time password as wouldn't accept my email password in the app which is a common Gmail security practice)
It did what was promised and had very good speed especially for converting to Apple Mail which I have found difficult to find apps for.
So I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this software to anyone wanting to save their Gmail account especially if running out of spaces and Google wants more money for storage

John at Cigati helped me enormously by working long and hard with me to successfully install the Gmail backup app. I was frustrated by the complexity of the Google interface and I now love my new excellent backup app.

responsive support, good product, recommend.

PST password remover didnt work, contacted helpdesk and assisted in remoting in. I was advised to disable AV and FP. Anyway after doing this the password was removed. It would be good to have this information available after purchasing the software.

The pdf unlocker is worthless and when I asked for a refund they were really rude. Don't ever buy anything from this company (India)

Cigati PST Converter - this product has been excellent in helping me convert some very heavy data files. The functionality and speed of the programme is simple but impressive.

The customer service support I have received by Stella, Ravi Chauhan and Avinash has far exceeded my expectations of any company I have engaged with. The support service is 24/7 and they managed to resolve a very time consuming issue for me.

I highly recommend this product for your conversions files and also the price is far cheaper than other similar competitor products.
