This is the third car I have purchased via cinch. I have nothing but positivity for their customer service. There were one or two issues to sort with one of the vehicles and cinch were excellent in responding.

I heartily recommend.

Super helpfull staff who helped me over the phone buy a car for mum.

Car was as described and mum is very happy.

Prices seem very competitive.

So simple and amazing service was not waiting around all day to collect the car!!!

Arranged a booking slot and when turned up, no one was at the reception until a lady saw us and said can i help? If you make people book a slot this should be for the hour and assist with showing us the car, we were not handed the key and told your car is down the end open to have a look round. The car was clean enough on the outside and inside but under the engine bay it could have been cleaned of leaves and very dirty, then after review was given the key and the electric battery was dead and a small amount of fuel left on ( good job a garage is very close) for me this was poor service from start to finish at the branch. Our trade in was not even looked at? The lady only wanted the key and V5 no checks nothing. Moving forward i would not buy again from Cinch after this experience.

Had a small problem with my trade in car (air bag light on the dashboard) no quibbles with the trade in! Off I went in my new car…Just to mention cinch customer service agent Ian Neal at Corby was excellent.

Very easy to navigate the process of buying and selling car, staff were very helpful on the phone and in person and found the whole experience very positive and much less daunting than going into a car sales room to part exchange and buy a car

Can honestly say it was the simplest car purchase I’ve ever had. All done online prior to collection. The collection and handover of my old car was done in under 10minutes! Brilliant, Jack in Corby was great, a breath of fresh air compared to the usual car salesman!

Razva was very helpful and clear in his delivery of how to use the car he also confirmed and asked if I had any questions. The whole process was much more simple than I expected

Easy to order and pay. Especially useful being able to use multiple cards to pay, Delivered on time and in very good condition. Paul, the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. All in all a very good experience.

The sales side is very well done Declan was very impressive.
However the car was not as well prepared as we were promised it didn’t look like life shine had been applied to the outer or inside ,also the guarantee has not been registered .
The hand over was rather chaotic with no help or advise as how to operate the cars systems the agent told it’s straight forward in other word but just get on with it.
Very disappointed to what started out as a well run sales side.

The delivery was seamless although the driver was in a bit of a hurry so didn't explain everything. The car is everything I expected and more. It was as described and shown in the photos perfectly.

However, my only real complaint is that the car was very noisy going along and especially over bumps and the front felt a little floaty at speed. When I checked the tyre pressures both fronts were almost DOUBLE what they should be (4.2 bar instead of 2.3), which could be dangerous. The rears were over too. Now I've put that right the noise and floaty feelings have gone.

So check the pressures before delivery please!

The whole experience was trouble free and seamless. The Cinch representative who delivered the car and collected the part exchange car was very informative and helpful. My only disappointment was the special socket that is ment to release the tamper proof wheel nut is not the correct one for the car I purchased. Can you arrange for the correct one to be sent to me?
