Absolutely disgraceful service from Again Circle Waste.
They took full payment upfront, confirmed the booking, and then on delivery day suddenly claimed they couldnât provide the skip. No solution, no accountability â just âcancel the order.â
This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They wasted my time, disrupted my work, and tied up my money without delivering anything. If you value reliability and basic business ethics, stay far away.
I booked a skip with Circle Waste and they took payment with no delivery
I booked a skip with Circle Waste and paid in full, including the permit, on 25/02/26. It was due for delivery on 27/02/26 but never arrived. When I called, I was told they had cancelled it without notifying me and without issuing a refund. I had already had an internal wall removed ready for the skip. No explanation was given. I wouldnât use them again â extremely poor customer service.ððð

Proper scamming, bad services. Give them a call ask for a skip they said it will be delivered in the morning after 4 hours waiting we can't delivered your skip and then I want to cancel my order and charge me £50 +Vat because they can't manage they're business properly what a shame

I was quoted a price of £360 only to find this was ex Vat when the invoice arrived! Also, I requested collection via email but this was ignored which meant a delay in collection until I called them directly. Apparently I should have read their tâs and câs!
I wouldnât recommend them which is a shame as the skip lorry driver who delivered was very helpful and polite.

Aptly named. You'll be going round in circles trying to arrange collection with this company. Over a month after delivery, the skip I ordered has yet to be collected, despite numerous calls. Communication is appalling. Avoid.
Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience overall. Collection arrangements were not followed, communication was poor, and I had to chase repeatedly just to get updates. I was initially charged an aborted visit fee despite being available, and although this was eventually waived, the skip was left on my private land longer than agreed with no proactive communication.
The issue was resolved in the end, but only after significant time and effort on my part. Not a smooth or professional process, be aware this company are keen to try and add aborted visit charges .
Ripped me off
Quoted me £380.00 for a skip then took over the phone £474. Without me knowing. I asked them to call when they pick up the skip so I can unlock the gate. This was before Christmas.
Called them several times to collect the skip and on several occasions arranged a time to collect the skip.I waited several different days as agreed and no one turned up. On one occasion they admitted they had not sent the instructions. Then upon chasing them now the second week in February I was told that I had an outstanding invoice of £150.00 because they turned up to collect the skip on the 6th of January and could not get in because the gate was locked. I was never told about the collection. The skip should have been picked up the week before Christmas.
Would not advise anyone to use this company. The skip is still there now Feb 15th. Still waiting for them to resolve the problem and the skip is still here, it is now the 10th march 2026.
Skip has finally gone now the end of march. The extra cost was because of vat they never told me the quoted price was + vat. I also had to pay £150 + vat for an aborted pickup which was there fault and I was not aware of. I had to pay as they would not pick up the skip untill I had. I wish I could have just left the skip there forever I have used many skip companies in my time and never had a problem like this do yourself a favour don't use them.

Bad Communication and customer service
Circle Waste LTD - some of the worst customer service I have experienced. After placing an order to be delivered locally to the company on the 14th January and being told a ETA for the skip between 7am and 8am. To then not being contacted for hours at a time as the skip was delayed 3 times to still not receiving a invoice 13days, 3 emails, 4 phone calls later! I do not recommend using this company.

Do not use this company!!! Do not use this company!!! I had 5 skips from this company for period of 4 months. Every time rather will be delay on the skip or a problem in the call centre. They are very rude on the phone so please donât make my mistake to use them!
Watch out for extra hidden charges
The service to be fair was fine and they delivered the skips on time and when we wanted them at a competitive price BUT, I have just been informed that I owe them £99 plus VAT for an admin charge for compliance. This charge has come out of the blue and was never mentioned in our initial conversations, now I know why. It is in their T&Câs at point 12.3 which I have just read. I am disputing why this wasnât mentioned before and I will heading to Trading Standards.

NOT trustworthy at all. Very mis-leading list of prohibited items provided in order email (explicitly lists fridges and freezers, does NOT mention electrical items at all). They then disposed of electrical items without checking with me that I wanted to pay additional fee to have them disposed of. They would never have been in the skip I hired if they were on the list of prohibited items from the email.
NOTE - they also operate as AMA Waste - so beware.
