Thanks to Irina and the team at Classroom Essentials, it was easy to get a person on the line quickly, and a pleasure that the person (Irina) was motivated to figure out how to fix a problem. You may believe this is the purpose of customer service. But here's the unusual part. Irina went out of her way to fix a problem that I created. And she did it by putting me on hold (briefly) and finding a person in her organization to fix the problem.

Will is phenomenal
Will, the operations mgr onsite was prompt, professional and incredibly efficient loading out our truck for pick up. Unfortunately, the sales rep was less diligent failing to inform his customer that neither the paperwork nor the website reflected the new move to an alternate location. 35 miles in opposite direction I eventually found the new facility. Wasted an hour of my day. Frustrating. But product was excellent just as described and referred to us by another rental vendor.

I ordered 600 stack-able Banquet Chairs in December 2013 and wanted to add to my stock. To my surprise, when I called to place an order I was greeted by Marilyn, the same sales rep. that help me more than 5 tears ago and she actually remembered me or at least my order. Everything went very smoothly, she pulled up my last order and re-ordered the additional 100 chairs, exactly the same as my last order. Thank you Marilyn for the excellent service I received once again.
