We really are impressed with your products, Marilyn was wonderful to deal with.

Had 2 damaged chairs and the process was not easy to return or get in touch with someone still have yet been able to get credit or replacement. Chair is great quality and price point was great.

We purchased 100 church chairs and we are very pleased with them so far. They are sturdy, came quickly once ordered and paid for. The color is an exact match to what we viewed on line. Discounted price was great since we have a small congregation.

Looked around as well as called several places...these were the best bang for your buck which is what we were looking for. They are not the most premier quality but they are high quality at a good price. So far we are very happy with our purchase. Shipping was relatively easy...(just understand that you are dealing with a third party who just wants to dump the chairs, which is exactly what they did...)

Very good purchase and delivery experience. Slight damage to 1 chair was promptly and cheerfully handled with a replacement part.

We had a very poor experience with the organization. There was a multi-month delay in receiving our merchandise. In addition, once the issue of delivery time was understood by the company, there was no communication from them to us. We had to continue to address the issue with the company. Then at delivery, we didn't receive all items we ordered and paid for. A few individuals have tried to pick up the pieces; but a little late.

I was very happy with the entire process. I needed a guarantee for a specific qty but at a later date so they held the items and then shipped when I needed them. Customer service was excellent and I would recommend using them.

The chairs are great. The delivery notification of the chairs needs work. The delivery service stated that they called us to deliver chairs on the Friday prior to actual delivery day. No calls were received. This delayed our set up and use of the chairs by one week.

We are unsatisfied with the service. We purchased 100 seats. 6 came in bad conditions, we called and asked for something to be done and to now we have been unable to have the new seats shipped out due to us supposedly missing some procedures ( not communicate to us) terrible customer Service, we were really looking forward to doing more business with this company but unfortunately not.

The chairs arrived in excellent condition, and at a great price for the size of the chair. Most of the chairs we priced were higher than the chairs at classroom essentials for the same size. Also the chairs are designed great and they are comfortable, I would recommend anyone looking for a great chair at a great price to try classroom essentials.
