After buying imitation leather from Badcock I saved to buy what I hoped to be my last sofa...all leather! It took a year to receive it from order, didnt know up front it was made in CHINA : (. It was nice whenit got here, everything worked. (Had electric recliners) I just noticed at 3 y/o a area under moving headrest that is CRACKING. For $6000 this is lasting less than Badcocks cheapies. Cant get a hold of them, emails returned.

This should be a zero star rating!! I ordered 2 Natuzzi sofas late July 2024. I was told via email in mid -May 2025 they were in port waiting to go through customs. When I heard nothing after that, I tried calling and emailing. Absolutely no response. Called Nattuzi's HQ to find out they never even got an order for my furniture AND the model I'd ordered wasn't even available as it was discontinued. Luckily, I was able to work with Discover to get my money back. The Atty General in FL should be charging them for fraud and attempted theft!!

My brother got a lot of furniture from this company without any issue so I decided to purchase a sofa set. They then went out of business. I paid half up front-thankfully didn't pay in full! If you paid by CC, you can contact your company as many have protection for you. I thankfully got my money back after the cc company pursued them for me.

I'm also fighting for my money as Leather Furniture Expo is now out of business with no communication and still no furniture. Luckily I paid thru PayPal so they are investigating this for me.

Ordered furniture in 9/24. Called, emailed and paid for the furniture. It was a birthday gift to myself. I thought that this company was legitimate. A HUGE SCAM!!!! $3200.00 gone down the drain!!! Sam and Leatherfurnitureexpo.com, the universe is fair, trust that!!!

Paid for furniture and now they are out of business with no delivered furniture.

Any idea how to reach the responsible parties to get our money back or the couches. I was told in May they were here in the U.S. but in a shipping container. I'm out over $3,500.

The leatherfurnitureexpo.com is no longer in business. If you click on the website there is a red banner saying there is financial difficulty. The bank paid the firm I have not heard from the leatherfurnitureexpo.com at all spent over $10,000 no furniture or sontact from the firm.

Ordered Natuzzi sectional back in Oct 2024. Was told by Sam Young it would finally be here in July/Aug. Now they are out of business with no advanced warning or communication with those who made deposits and got nothing. I’m out over $2k. Will be investigating how to recover this.

I put down over 2 grand as a deposit on 2 beautiful leather sofas from Italy, I was told by Sam it would be white glove delivered by last week of June, first week of July, I usually would get weekly updates, but had not heard for last couple of weeks, then I learned last night they be out of business, I'm in shock, I thought Sam was honest, I guessed wrong, it was gonna be a birthday present for my wife.

Scam. Took our money knowing they were going under. Lots of excuses, finally no reply to calls and emails. Contacted our bank and Credit Card company and they fully refunded our money including interest charged.

Ordered a sofa in January 2025, paid 50% down. Estimated delivery was 18 to 22 weeks. At 18 weeks, they went out of business and kept my deposit.

Website says they have gone out of business and they haven’t made any attempt to refund my money. The phone is also disconnected.

Ordered custom sofa in January 2025...made second and final payment in May 2025...told in port waiting for pick-up from shipping company would be couple of weeks.....no sofa, no response from company and no $1600 refund!! Talked to Sam from company who seemed nice and said he was co-owner but seems to be just your basic thief to continue taking money when knew this was outcome of company.

Same story about a "damaged back panel" and the couch was "waiting in Mexico." And then later "no communication from the factory." Whatever they could do to keep us on the hook as long as possible.

Like a sucker, I waited, assuming that with the tariffs and the general chaos of the past few months we'd eventually hear word of when the couch was coming. Nope. Went to visit the website to show my folks the couch that was on order, and I'm greeted with a splash banner that their business is closed and they're talking to an attorney. I expect that's $3k that'll be an absolute nightmare to recover despite never even sniffing a piece of leather from them.

Garbage company, slimy way to do business, and extremely frustrating to say the least.

Waited 6 months for couch to be completed. Final payment made and waiting for delivery. Still waiting 2 months after final payment and now unable to reach anyone at the company. this place is a total scam. They have $2100 of my money and i have no idea how to get it back since I can't reach anyone. I spoke with my credit card company and hoping they will be successful in disputing the charge as the couch has never been received. I am soooo pissed. Stay away from this company.

16 wasted weeks spent waiting for a couch ordered 1/26/25. They suggested I cancel my order if I couldn't wait another "30 days or more". This was said so offhandedly, I suspect they use our deposits to float their business. The order was cancelled 5/21/25 & I was told refund would be issued within10-15 business days. I warned them if I wasn't credited by 6-13, I would initiate a vendor chargeback. I just got off the phone with my bank to do just that. Save yourself the time, trouble, & annoyance...GO LOCAL

i have never recd my furniture, i was told that it would arrive this month , and nothing has arrived and the store has closed. on line it says the store has closed due to certain circumstatces and they are seeking an attorney for the next step. they are not answering any calls or emails.
