Clear Law supported my successful claim against a local council for fall/ fractured ankle resulting from a loose pavement stone. The council completely dismissed my initial claim so I approached Clear Law for help.

What made my experience grate was Shuma Mann who lead my case was fantastic, 4 other solicitor's tryed to close my case and failed. Shuma tuck my case on, sorted the mess out, organised it, got the write experts involved and got it all done and dusted in a year and half with a grate outcome. I would recommend the company, Shuma works for to anyone thank you. (Shuma needs a pay rise)

Big thankyou to clear law but especially our case handler Peter Kyriacou , Peter was professional, Persistent , Punctual and precise , Peter communicated with us throughout the process and made our experience through out the entire process more manageable and easier to navigate. Our case was about a stubborn and determined landlord who refused to carry out a significant amount of repairs on our property. Freya Johnson at Clear Law did an outstanding job handling my mum's personal injury claim after taking over from a previous firm who decided to stop dealing with the claim and were doing very little in the first place. Our experience with Clear Law was brilliant from as soon as they took over from a different firm who had decided to stop dealing with compensation claims. I can easily say that the way Clear Law communicated at every step of the way was exceptional. Ben Elmes in paticular was a top case manager for us always got back to us at every step. He always gave me the correct advice which was always in our favour and certainly didn't deal with us as a cash cow sort of customer. He got us a top result in the overall compensation for the claim, it was a great gesture to allow us to keep the full loss of earnings element of the compensation without the fee charged. Very disappointed, case was settled with no action. Was told they wouldn’t take case further if I didn’t settle. house still in disrepair. Not heard a word from council or clear law again! Waste of 2 years! They don’t work for you, they work for their money! Very upset
