A collaboration with Clerk is definitely recommended! We have been working with Clerk's search bar for some time and we are very pleased with it.

Recently also started with e-mail marketing via Clerk. Although it is a challenge for both parties to set everything up properly, Clerk's support is great! The close collaboration with Charles and Matei is fast, good and personal, which I am a huge fan of. Highly recommended!

Their Search function delivers results on all keywords customers are searching for on our e-commerce platform. Analytics and instant managing of keywords is awesome to have at your disposal.

Their Recommendation modules can be configured to display products in every conceivable way using their AI-driven logic and further customization of product prioritizing and deprioritizing with their profound Merchandising toolset.

There are opportunities for developers who want to influence design and functionality, to go very deep with customization, as we have done. We are now using Clerk.io to display all products on our website.

Communication with the Clerk.io team has also been very professional and always accessible to us with quick response. Add to this fun and free e-commerce related seminars plus stellar and transparent documentation on the technical side of things.

We will now proceed to use their tools for Email and Audience, which we hope can assist us in these areas.

Had clerk installed on our website for six months now and was satisfied with it.

I kept delaying my onboarding call but now I wish that I had known what I now know, the onboarding call with Charles was an eye opener and will be having more calls with him in the future as his knowledge and suggestions he has made are already impacting the way we use clerk.

For a while, I had been searching for a product that could generate more revenue for the customers I had on my shop. I also had some issues with the search module on my shop not generating the right search results that customers were actually looking for. I encountered many problems with this, as well as with figuring out how to display to customers the products that best match what they have in their cart, relationships, what others have bought, and what we recommend, and so on. Since I started using the Clerk.io, I have generated an 18.3% increase in revenue per customer. It's quite remarkable when you consider that many customers are trying to save and not spend as much.

Mi trovo molto bene con Clerk, riesco a proporre in maniera massiva i prodotti correlati e a gestire un buon cross selling su molte aree del sito web. La piattaforma è molto semplice ed intuitiva anche nella lettura e nell'analisi dei dati.
Ho a disposizione anche un CSM che è sempre a disposizione e molto preparato, grande Massimiliano!

Ottima esperienza con il servizio di Clerk.io per quanto riguarda le raccomandazioni: tantissimi livelli di personalizzazione, quasi troppi, occorre fare un pò di pratica per utilizzarli al meglio. Per quanto riguarda la ricerca ho preferito un altro servizio, con cui lavoro da più tempo e pertanto mi tornava più comodo il suo utilizzo.
Un'altra cosa, non meno importante è il lato umano: Massimiliano, che ci ha seguito fin dall'inizio è gentilissimo, disponibile, preparato e soprattutto ascolta le mie esigenze e quelle dei miei colleghi per proporci una feature di clerk più adatta allo scopo.
Ottima esperienza anche con il supporto, veloce nel rispondere e nel risolvere eventuali problematiche.

Ho recentemente iniziato a utilizzare la piattaforma Clerk.io per il mio e-commerce. All'inizio, il team di vendita è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Mi hanno fatto un'offerta che sembrava troppo bella per essere vera, e io l'ho accettata.
Tuttavia, una volta iniziato a utilizzare il servizio, ho iniziato a notare alcune cose che non mi piacevano. Innanzitutto, il servizio è molto costoso. Il prezzo base è di 190 euro al mese, e poi ci sono addebiti aggiuntivi per ogni funzionalità che si desidera utilizzare.
In secondo luogo, il servizio è difficile da configurare e utilizzare. Ho dovuto dedicare molto tempo a imparare come funzionava, e ancora non sono sicuro di aver capito tutto.
In terzo luogo, il servizio non ha funzionato come previsto. Le raccomandazioni di prodotti non erano pertinenti, e le e-mail di marketing erano spam.
Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti per chiedere di rescindere contratto, ma non sono stati molto utili. Mi hanno detto che dovevo semplicemente "imparare a usare il servizio".

La herramienta no funciona, me han cobrado 6 meses y puedo demostrar con la gráfica que no han tenido conversión, contratan a personal español por unos meses y después los despiden y te dejan sin asistencia en España, es la segunda vez que me pasa, no recomiendo contratar con ellos nada.
