On my visit I found all the staff I met to be very pleasant and reassuring. I was seen very quickly and all my questions were answered very efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to visit here or recommend the organisation to anyone for their eye needs.

Excellent service from Clinica London; their staff is courteous and helpful, and their offices and equipment look clean and up-to-date. Only complaint is in finding appointment dates for people who have to come from outside London.

I attended Clinica London for a consultation with Miss Jane Olver as I am considering a cosmetic eye procedure. I was very impressed with all aspects of the service and reassured by the comprehensive consultation. I have received a very detailed assessment and plan to have the procedure later this year.

I am so glad that I chose Clinica London from the many possibilities on line, when I was looking for a surgeon to carry out my cataract surgery. My experience upon visiting the clinic for pre-operative assessment was very positive. The staff were, without exception, friendly and efficient and my appointment with the consultant I had chosen was on-time and assessment was very ably conducted in a manner which inspired confidence. What could have been an intimidating experience was anything but that, and I am almost looking forward to having the surgery now! I recommend this clinic very highly for the level of service which it provides

This was my first experience of the Clinica.

We had a little hiccup at reception when I was given the incorrect forms to sigh but this quickly remedied.

Otherwise everything went smoothly and efficiently .

Can’t thank Jane and the team enough they are honestly fantastic, the service from start to finish is the best around. Been to see them serval times now and every time my issues have been sorted and any questions I have had after have been replied to and not just left like a lot of other clinics would do. Contacted Clinica regarding my 6 month old daughter’s potential ptosis for an initial consultation. Response was same day, booked a ZOOM meeting as it wasn’t possible for us to travel to London and Ms Olver who we spoke with was excellent, very helpful and walked us through our daughter’s potential diagnosis and next steps. Would absolutely recommend.

I've visited Clinica London twice now after persistent issues with blepharitis and styes. I had difficulty in receiving care via the NHS, so contacted Clinica out of desperation. I only wish I had done so sooner. I received an initial consultation and was prescribed medication, and then two weeks later booked a procedure for chalazion removal. After emailing Clinica I was fitted in that very afternoon, and I am now on the road to recovery.

All the staff were extremely nice and friendly, the waiting areas are all very pleasant and clean, I was seen to extremely quickly from booking to appointment, and the whole place is an extremely professional and slick operation.

I wish to extend special thanks to my doctor Laura Crawley for all her help!
